I went to rent solutions in hope of them renting out my property within a 6 month time span. I was extremely impressed with their quick productivity, they had showings lined up within a couple days. Long story short, they rented out my home in a little under a month! I recommend Rent Solutions because they're level of professionalism is outstanding!

 + 0 moreIn the end, we paid for a new stove to be put in....and were forced to LEAVE IT there...we paid for new hardware to be put on the cabinets in the kitchen as the old ones were 20 some years old and were forced to leave them there, the door handle to the pool broke and we were told that OUR CHILDREN were hanging on it and broke it and we were FORCED to pay for that...OUR children didn't break it...I DID and cut my finger deeply in the process. When we moved out, they tried to take more than half of our deposit....we fought back as we had video from when we moved in. They accused us of digging up trees, killing plants and flowers...the list is endless. I would never rent from these people again. I don't care what kind of deal they offer...YOU COULD NOT PAY ME to live in one of the properties they manage. In the end I do believe that it was the awful owner that they were trying to please, but we got stuck with so much of the burden...not to mention it was our first rental experience! WE have gone on to have two much nicer ones!
Description of Work: We lived in a home for one year exactly. The owner of the home used Rent solutions to "manage" her home. SHE thought her house was a palatial palace..it was at best a small, 3bdr 2 and half bath house...it did have a lovely pool which is what drew us there the rent was high at 1450 as the rest of the house was falling a part as was the outside. When we would call for things to be fixed they would try to blame it on us...NOTHING would get done...we would end up fixing it ourselves...finding a way to handle it...

I am living in south fl now so I needed a company to take care of everything for me and they have done a fantastic job. My agent Roberto has rented all my properties within 3 weeks. He gives me monthly updates and has been able to get very fair prices on repairs. This is my third management company and by far the most competent. I highly recommend Rent Solutions.

 + -1 moreRalph at Rent Solutions went above and beyond. I was originally referred to Rent Solutions by a friend of mine who uses them. I submitted a request on their website, was called by Ralph within minutes. He went over my options for property management, and tenant placement, I chose management. An appointment was scheduled and I met with them 3 days later. They gave me area comps, days on market, detailed information and walk through of process and what I could expect. What really impressed me was the way they went above and beyond, even photographing and doing a video tour of both of my units. What sold me as a loyal customer though was they found great tenants for both condos with 21 days of me signing it and it has been seamless ever since. I highly recommend the team at Rent Solutions.
Description of Work: Rent Solutions helped me rent out 2 of my Clearwater investment property rentals. They also manage these investments for me monthly, collecting rent, sending my payments to my bank, handling all maint request etc.

 + -1 moreI was generally pleased with Rent Solutions service level. I had multiple tenants during the 8 years they managed the property. They were able to quickly source new tenants to keep my cash flow positive for the property. Whenever an issue arose, it was easy to contact them and get the facts. They put in the necessary time and efforts to help resolve issues/problems. My monthly net income checks were always dispersed in a timely manner.
Description of Work: I used Rent Solutions as a property management company. While I lived out of state for 8 years, Rent Solutions sourced and qualified perspective tenants. Once a tenant took residence in my home, Rent Solutions managed all rent collection and contracted general home maintenance. I received monthly reports showing the cash flow of the property and a net rental income check. It would have been impossible for me to accomplish the tasks Rent Solutions performed being so far away from the property. The nominal monthly management expense was well worth the peace of mind and my free time.

I was looking for a company to take over the property management part due to previous problems i have had in that dept. once i contacted them and met with one of their agents i was very pleased to find out how reasonable the were. I signed up with them and I dont regret my decision. They foound a tenant for my property and are always a phone call away when there is an issue. I was also pleased to fin d out that they are prompt when it comes to servicing the issues that arise and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for a reasonable and professional company to manage property.

 + -1 moreThey claim to be a rental finding company, but not a very good one! intial rental was not in livable conditions. When asked for our money back they claimed it was a non refundable deposit and they would find us another home. Weeks later the second home was again not in up to standards and they blamed invitation homes. They never returned phone calls often using text messaging to respond to inquiries. We continually asked to for a receipt and paper work, never received! Had we had gotten our money back we would have gone else where but we were stuck. As for invitation homes, that is another poor review!
Description of Work: The provider was supposed to set a rental through invitation homes.

 + -1 moreIf I wasnt in Afghanistan these guys would of been fired months ago, its almost like I dont have a property management company at all.
Description of Work: I have been using these guys to manage my properties around the Tampa area for almost a year, renovations, repairs, tenant placement/corespondance, etc. I am on my second PM after requesting a new manager per my first manager providing terrible service. The new manager is just as bad. -Average 4-5 months to get receipts for repairs done-6 weeks to get a usable quote for renovations to a new property-Typically requires 3-4 emails to get a response from the PM-Receiving letters form the city for overgrown yard on a house they are managing without a tenant-Requested quote for flood mitigation at one property with water drainage issue, after 6 weeks of me asking status they said all contractors said there was nothing they could do. Speaking directly with a contractor a month later he asked if I wanted to move forward with the flood mitigation he had proposed. The house flooded during debby-The company continued to bill me for pool service for months after I had a tenant who specifically is responsible for pool care in the lease. I was never refunded.-Its been about 6 weeks since Debby passed, I still have no idea how much storm damage was nor have reciepts for the $1000 I sent them to handle any repair requirements.-They said I needed a new dishwasher, they charged me $430 for a new dishwasher (Not even Stainless) then when they went to install they found the problem was a minor electrical problem. The old dishwasher magically disaappeared, stuck with new washer. Then they called someone to come hook up the dishwasher after it was already installed with delivery, charged me $40 for trip fee-Trying to get any updates from these people is almost impossible-My rent payments to my bank account is always inconcistent and late without reason.-Their online ledgers are incohetent and inconclusive
