Exceptional work, it was well worth the extra cost for the superior quality and professionalism. They were very prompt, courteous, and left the work area clean as they completed the work.

Scheduling was a little disorganized but once the job was started the quality and craftsmanship offset the initial confusion in getting things rolling. The price for Redmans was approximately 1/3 more than another company quoted but I am glad I decided to go with Redmans. My own research shows that they use superior products and the installation crew *William and Randy" really knew what they were doing and worked quickly and efficiently. We are basically totally satisfied with the end product.

Terry Redman gave a comprehensive evaluation and estimate. Dan and Louis who installed the fence did an excellent job and kept us well informed. Installed was a heavy duty, pressure-treated pine fence with dog-eared board-on-board. 124 ft total length and including 2 deluxe gates. The job took approximately 3 days from start to finish. We are very happy with the well-constructed fence.

Fine. There were some topography/tree issues that needed to be addressed and it was a lot harder to keep the fence even than anybody realized. But the new fence looks great, and I am pleased with the results.

The employees were always courteous and helpful. The quality of the materials and the workmanship was outstanding.

The job was done in a very timely manner and Johnny 5-0 left the yard in great condition. No problems at all and would use Redman Fence again.

Though I shopped several fence companies, it was clear that Redman was the only choice for me. The entire process was smooth and professional. Owner Terry Redman was very informative about the product and the process. The construction crew Tim, Chris, and Dave were friendly and obviously fencing experts, as well as proud craftsmen. They started yesterday morning, removed the old existing fence, erected and concreted all of the posts and 2x4 horizontals, then cleaned up everything for day one. They returned this morning to complete things. They routed the outside edges of every 1x6 slat, plumbed and attached all with heavy duty galvanized nails and predrilled and double screwed every stress point on posts and cap boards. I checked with them often during the construction and they answered all of my questions. When completed they cleaned up everything completely. This is the best wooden fence I have ever seen.

Excellent! Four men arrived. They were very clean cut, polite and worked very hard to complete this job in just two days! They did a fantastic job. The quality of workmanship I've not seen anywhere else in a fence! I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so!

Every step of the process was extremely impressive. First, Terry Redman came out to give us an estimate. He was very thorough and helpful, using his iPad to walk us through all sorts of options. He gave us his opinion on which styles and options would work best in our situation. We never felt rushed or pressured. He was very transparent that his company is not a low-cost provider, because they do very high quality work. He was exactly right. Once we chose the options, they scheduled the install. When the crew showed up to begin the work, the first thing that stuck out to me was that they seemed like they actually enjoyed being there. They were very friendly, good communicators, and did a fantastic job. They did everything they said they would do. Their work was top-notch. They kept us updated every step of the way. They gave us suggestions on how to work around problems, and they implemented exactly what they communicated. It has been a year since the install, and I can still say that the finished product is everything I had hoped for. They could not have been better. I believe it is worth every penny to have something built to the highest standards. The only thing I would do differently is pay a little more for the hot wax dipped fence slats. We elected not to, and now I realize that this fence will be standing for decades, so I wish we had paid a bit more to protect it from wood degradation. I wish every service provider would operate the way Redman fence does.

Another fantastic job by Redman Fence! We hired them about a year ago to install a black aluminum fence around our pool, which still looks beautiful. This time around, we had them remove our old wooden fence surrounding the backyard and put up a vinyl privacy fence. We selected the TruGrain vinyl with a wood texture in a cream color. It is perfect! Just like the first time, Terry came out initially and went over options. Once we made our decision and got the required HOA approval, they started working on the fence within a few weeks. The materials were manufactured specifically for our fence. Robert led the job and was always friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the end result! Great Job!

The Redman team (Tim and crew) was professional, personable, and very hard working. From design through installation, we felt as though Redman went above and beyond what we expected from a fencing company. Every detail of our fence was thoughtfully designed to meet our needs and fit the contours of our yard. The final product is beautiful and of the highest quality. We would enthusiastically recommend Redman to anyone looking for a new fence.

I solicited 3 separate companies for quotes on a new fence with double gate. It is about a 50 foot stretch with 10-foot gate and is street facing. Redman Fence was by far the most expensive (by almost double), hence why the C grade on price. However, I think "Fair" is an accurate assessment. We ultimately chose Redman because of the overall experience: Quality, craftsmanship, service, options(!) and professionalism. Quality - I've re-fenced before at previous residences and gone with the cheapest bidder. Usually you lose out on hardware/materials. Terry does a great job of explaining the materials they use and how they are superior to others. And it shows. Craftsmanship - the crew was excellent. Showed up on time, took their time and made sure everything was correct. No shortcuts. It is evident they take pride in their work. Hard to find these days. Service - No issues whatsoever getting in contact with anyone or getting a callback. Terry followed up with a phone call after the job was completed to gather feedback. Options - this blew us away. We had no idea there were so many options in fence design. They take a commodity and can turn it into a design feature for your home. We have received several comments from neighbors about how it changed the look of the yard. We have seen cars driving by slow down (and even park) to look at the fence. Professionalism - as mentioned in service, no issues with contact. Terry explains everything in detail and keeps you updated on the status of the job. It's jarring the lack of professionalism with contractors these days - not the case with Redman. If you're simply looking for a no frills privacy fence, there are many great companies you can choose for low price. If you want unmatched quality and a true design feature, spend the extra $$ and call Redman.

As a residential beekeeper, I am required by state law to maintain a solid 6 foot high fence around my "bee yard" backyard, so, when the old fence disintegrated, it had to be replaced. On the day of installation, I covered the hives to make working easier. Dan and BJ were totally cool about the bees. All through the project, as the two-man installation team ran into the various, unforeseen complications which a job this big involves, they consulted with me to keep me up to date and to discuss alternatives. When Dan suggested that a gate would be more "solid" if it was attached to the fence section lagged to the house wall, I noted that the open gate would obstruct the spigot . . . access to which was the primary reason for me adding a gate on that side. We decided to move that section of fence forward a few extra feet so the spigot would be clear with the gate open. This added a few extra feet to the fence on that side of the house . . . but did NOT add to the final bill. The fence is solid. I no longer listen to the neighbor's pool pump when the house is open. In getting ready for installation, I had to remove a lot of brush (plumbago), which hid and actually supported the old fence. I'm clearing out the rest of it. The fence is too pretty to hide. The neighbors with the pool pump were so thrilled with how the fence looks on their side, they are talking about hiring Redman to do the fence on the other side of their yard. Before going with Redman fence, I looked at a LOT of fences. After I saw what Redman offered, I decided that nothing else made sense. It took me close to five years to save up for this fence (I am on limited income), but I now probably have the best-looking fence in the neighborhood and would not be surprised if the increase in my property value was double the cost of the fence--it looks that good. I am glad I waited. The result is worth it. What distinguishes this fence and this company are the quality of the materials, the well-thought out planning and professionalism in execution, the precision and attention to detail, and the willingness of the installers to listen to and address customer concerns. I am glad to add my experience to the list of stellar ratings that led me to investigate Redman in the first place.

My husband and I just moved into a new home and hired Redman Fence to put up a white vinyl privacy fence around our property in South Tampa. A few years ago, they installed the same type of fence at our old home. We had such a GREAT experience that we did not hesitate to call them again. They are the BEST contractors we?ve ever worked with. Terry Redman, owner, is super responsive and acceessible. William and his crew are knowledgeable and extremely professional. Furthermore, they provide a QUALITY product at a competitive price. The fence is properly installed, straight and very sturdy. I cannot say enough great things about Redman Fence. I wish all contractors were this easy to work with and delivered such high quality results. We would hire them again without hesitation!

The estimate was done promptly by Terry Redman. My husband met with him for this. After we okayed the project, they were in constant contact with us discussing exactly what we wanted and showing us pictures by email etc. We wanted a doggie porthole in one portion of the fence and it is truly great looking. It's a round hole with a decorative metal insert. Looks great. Our fence, and especially our gate look magnificent. The installation crew was really nice (plus they liked our dogs which earned extra brownie points from me), prompt, tidy, and efficient. We are very, very happy with the quality of the work done as well as the speed of getting everything together. We would absolutely do it all over again and our next door neighbor has just used them after seeing our great fence.

We could not have asked for any better service beginning with deciding which type of fence/gates to install as well as through the completion of the job. Redman's workmanship and material quality is outstanding. Their staff was personable & professional. We couldn't be more pleased with the beauty and quality of the fence and gates.

I had an old (23 years) fence that was attached on the bottom with wire, it is very difficult to remove but they did a great job with NO complaining. I have a LOT of trees on my property and you cannot go one foot without encountering roots both large and small. This makes the job much more tedious and labor intensive. I also had a large dip in the back side of the yard that was to be enclosed. They said they would "roll" the fence which meant they would custom cut the pieces as they went along so the top side looks fantastic while conforming the bottom to the uneven ground. My only problem is that I waited to long to do this, I feel like I have a whole new backyard and even the neighbors are coming up to tell me how great it looks! All of the builders, Tim, Chris and Dave were professional, always concerned about my being pleased with the outcome and actually enjoy their job and working together. They did the job exactly as they said they would and in the time frame promised. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of fencing. Don't go elsewhere without checking them out first.

From start to finish, Redman Fence was professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. He's not the cheapest, but doesn't cut corners on a quality product or installation efforts. Communicative every step of the way and I always knew who was going to be onsite. I feel I have one of the nicest fences in the neighborhood (not a cheap product or install like Lowes or Home Depot), and the extra effort made onsite during installation to ensure the fence worked with the grading showed pride in workmanship. I'd definitely recommend and hire again.

The job was more difficult than it first appeared because an oak tree had grown so much since the old run was built that it was very difficult to re-do. The problem was solved by putting the gate at the front end of the run instead of the back, where it had previously been. I am sorry I can't remember the names of the men who did the work; they were fantastic. We very much like the dog run results and the work involved. I would use them again, and have, three times over the course of our home ownership. Very good work.

They were exteremly profession, from the initial survey through to the installation. We were kept fully informed during the entire process and the work was faultless. I cannot find any fault with the workmanship. Wish I had done this earlier, the yard looks fantastic.

This review is long overdue! Redman was one of 6 quotes that I got, was the most expensive by far, but also the most professional, confident, with the most in depth consultation. Getting in touch with them prior to booking was a little tough, but they are very busy, and for good reason. The end result is fantastic, all 251 feet of my fence looks great, they took much care to work around all the old oaks on my property line giving a seamless look, but leaving enough room to grow. They guys were prompt every day, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the fence, and checked in and showed me the progress. Also worked very well with my neighbors to coordinate when the fence would be down & back up as we all have dogs. Great work, great team, can't recommend them enough!

Mr. Redman was professional, thorough, and punctual. He explained the process in great detail and was responsive to all of my questions. He displayed the highest ethics and integrity by bringing to my attention an inadvertent mistake that occurred that I would have never noticed that cost him a significant amount of money to correct. A number of people have commented on the very high quality of the new fence. The two individuals who constructed the fence were also very professional and courteous.

They are very responsive. As soon as we get approval from the HOA I plan on hiring them.
