Description of Work: Called the company to unclog a drain and got a same-day appointment. The tech came in on time and took care of business. Very pleased.

Description of Work: They told me there was a broken sewer pipe when in fact they had broken off part of their plumbing snake in the pipe, tried to charge an additional 3k to correct the problem. Called a business I knew and they dug up the concrete floor only to find the pipe intact. When they opened the pipe they found the end of the plumbing snake. No more problems except the cost of doing all that work for nothing.

Description of Work: They made an appointment to come to my house, quoted a price for the visit and failed to show for the appointment.I called them and they said they did not know about it.

Description of Work: Very disappointing experience. After having Red Cap camera my sewer line, it was explained that I have 'sagging' in my sewer pipes around the 25' & 50' marks. They recommended my lines be jetted and do this would 'buy me a couple of years' before needing to replace this section of pipe. It didn't seem right to me with my home only being 4 years old. I reached out to the builder to share my disappointment that the pipes were sagging so quickly so they agreed to send out the plumber to look at it and fix the issue even though i am no longer under a warranty. After another camera check along with using a locator, I found out that my pipe only extends to 40' where it then connects to the county's line. Also, my pipes do not go across my lawn as explained and went in the opposite direction. I have a slight sag in one of the pipes and its only to the point where 1/4 inch of water collects in a very small section. Jetting the pipes will do absolutely nothing to fix this or 'buy me some time'. Red Cap quoted $1700 to jet my line then graciously dropped it to $1300....all for a service that would not resolve anything. This company may provide adequate service from time to time but I will never call them again. They sell/push services at insane prices that are not needed. I am curious how many others they did this too that simply paid them the money. Don't waste your time or money.

Description of Work: They fixed our garbage disposal. They charged a horrible amount of money. We signed a deal where we were supposed to get a discount. It was just too expensive. They just pulled a wash cloth out of the disposal.
