Onsite tech (Scott?) was very determined, and a nice guy overall. He completed the job, cleaned the area, had a nice chat. I thought he was a little pricey for a snake job, but he did a great job!

The plumber was on time and very nice. The receptionist was very courteous too. Everyone I had contact with was more than nice. I am a widow and have had no experience in having a plumber before but always heard they were expensive. I was really shocked at the price but had no choice to get it fixed since it was putting out 100 gallons an hour and had been for 3 days!

Josh and Mike were great! They were very easy to work with, polite and considerate. They provided the best customer service they could and kept their cool under a certain amount of duress. In the end, I was not charged for the work. The contractor causing the problem was billed.

I am quite pleased with the work that Josh did. He was professional, tidy, efficient, and he cleaned up after each job. He did an excellent job. I would definitely call this plumber every time I have a problem, and I would definitely recommend their services to others. As far as price, I do not know if this was pricey or not since I have no experience from which to draw. However, it concerned me more to have someone reputable to do a good job, and the cost was secondary.

Owner came and said he would do research and get back to me. He never called back. I ended up calling him a week later. When you promise a customer that you are going to get back to them to advise them regarding a complex plumbing job, you should notify the customer that you either were or were not able to find a solution. This wasn't done until I called back a week later.

Both of the gentleman who did the estimate as well as the one who actually performed the work were on time, polite, efficient and professional. Pricing was easily the best of the three estimates we received, plus the bonus of the Angie's coupon made the deal even better. The work itself was performed quickly, expertly and neatly. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We thought it was a plumbing leak - it was actually a roof leak - we wouldn't have known, they could have told us anything - it's great to work with a company that doesn't take advantage of a situation - I would call them again in a heartbeat. Thanks.

I will not use them again. The owner called to follow-up with me, and would not do anything to make me happy about the price. That says something right there about their company.

The technician showed up on time, clean and professional. He put on booties to protect the newly refinished wood floors and gave us an estimate to replace the toilet. He explained what needed to be done and we asked him how long it would take. He said a few hours. He went and picked up the new toilet, did the job, cleaned up and was gone.

BATHROOM -- EXCELLENT. KITCHEN -- GOOD WORK, QUALITY PRODUCT, BUT NOT NECESSARY, AND I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE HAD THAT EXPLAINED TO ME BEFORE THEY REPLACED AN ENTIRE FAUCET JUST BECAUSE THE HOSE WAS LEAKING. NEVERTHELESS, I BOUGHT A YEAR'S SERVICE CONTRACT FROM THEM BECAUSE I EXPECT TO HAVE MORE PLUMBING WORK IN THE NEAR FUTURE, AND HE DID DO A GOOD JOB. HE WAS ON TIME, HE WAS VERY POLITE, AND THE COST WAS NOT THAT BAD.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE WITH THE SAME EXCELLENT RESULTS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN AND DOES GOOD WORK AND PROVIDE USEFUL INFORMATION.

WE HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SEPTIC LINES FOR A FEW YEARS. WE DID NOT USE OUR REGULAR (FORMER) PLUMBING COMPANY BECAUSE OF THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE ON DRAINING SEPTIC TANK. PLUMBING SOLUTIONS WAS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND REASONABLE.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE OFFICE PERSONNEL WAS WARM, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. THE PLUMBER, CHARLES, WAS CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL AND LISTEN TO OUR NEEDS. HE OFFERED SEVERAL OPTIONS TO UPGRADE THE FIXTURES AND WHAT TYPE OF WORK WAS INVOLVED. HE USED HIS TIME EFFECTIVELY AND WORKED VERY HARD.

THEY ARRIVED WHEN SCHEDULED; REVIEWED THE WORK AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. UPON MY APPROVAL, THEY STARTED THE PROJECT. ONE PART WAS EASIER THAN EXPECTED AND ONE PART RAN INTO SOME DIFFICULTIES. THEY ADJUSTED MY FINAL BILL ACCORDINGLY AND, HAVING WATCHED THEM THE ENTIRE TIME, I FELT THE FINAL PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. AFTER THEY FINISHED, I DISCOVERED A MINOR PROBLEM. THEY RETURNED THE NEXT DAY AND CORRECTED IT. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE END RESULT.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS HIGH, BUT I DIDN'T COMPARISON SHOP. THE PLUMBING HAD TO CUT INTO THE WALL TO ACCESS THE PLUMBING AND I DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY THE DRYWALL WAS LEFT. BUT HE DID EXACTLY WHAT HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO DO.

ARRIVED AFTER SCHEDULED TIME, HOWEVER DID CALL AND APOLOGIZED THEY HAD TO PICK UP PARTS. MIKEY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. ASSURED ME THAT THEY COULD GET THE JOB DONE AND WOULD COME BACK IF NEEDED. I FEEL THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND STAYED WITHIN MY BUDGET. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

CHARLIE BROWN WAS ON TIME, CHEERFUL, GAVE ME A LOT OF HELPFUL INFORMATION, HAS PRIDE OF WORKMANSHIP, AND A WARRANTY. DOES IT GET ANY BETTER?
