It went very well. It was a wonderful that happened. I became ill while he was here and he immediately dropped everything to help me get a prescription filled. I couldn't believe how marvelous that was.

We used Angie's list to pick the company, listed with A rating, but was disappointed with the exorbinant prices. We had planned to have them do additional work, but the price quotes were so high that we declined the rest of the repairs. The work was done very quickly.

Homeowner called at end of a weekday and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. However, due to a conflict, homeowner had to reschedule for the following day and this was handled by Red Cap. The plumber, Chris, was prompt, cheerful & courteous. Estimate given and work approved and performed on same day. Dirt & debris kept to a minimum and tidily cleaned up afterward. Plumber does not do gypsum board and tile work repairs, but the tiles were saved and given to owner. Company warranty their work for one year.

I greatly appreciated their honesty. Another company had me make repair after repair without resolving the issue, and Red Hat was very good and open about my options. They are prompt, professional, and punctual. I have switched all of my business to them, and will continue to use them.

We contacted two companies for estimates for the work listed above. We chose highly rated companies listed on Angies List for both estimates. Both came within a day of contacting them and both were very professional, personal and thorough. Both offered free estimates. Red Cap Plumbing usually charges for their estimates except waives the fee to Angies List customers. The other company's representative writes the estimate but usually does not perform the service. The Red Cap Plumbing company's representative was the actual technician who would perform the service. Red Cap Plumbing's estimate was approximately $800 cheaper than the other company which included an $84 fee that provided a 15% discount on the current service and any additional future service for a year. This would also provide a complete inspection of our home's entire plumbing system to include maintenance service on our water heater that could be scheduled anytime within a year. In addition, it provided a preferred customer status that would move us ahead of new customers when scheduling any future service. The technician and company both called before arriving and were prompt. The service was completed when promised, the technician did not take a break the entire day including skipping lunch, would take the time to explained what he was doing when asked and thoroughly cleaned up after completing the service including moving things back that were moved to gain access in order to perform the work. Our technician's name was Mike and I would highly recommend him and will request him when/if I require any future plumbing service.

I really appreciated that John took the time to give me complete information, to treat me as a valued customer - even though I was clearly only a potential customer. I ultimately chose to go with the company that provides my propane because they deal with propane all the time and although I trusted Red Cap would do a good job, it just made sense. I told John that I would definitely consider using Red Cap in the future because of my positive experience. I felt his price was fair (one of his competitors gave me a quote that was DOUBLE Red Cap's) and in fact, it was very comparable to what I ended up paying.

Our service technician Eddie was totally professional. He didn't rush and did a great job. Very thorough.

They were very good and they did a nice job. The workers were courteous. The job had a few problems but they addressed all the problems, which was very good. The price was a bit high.

Our kitchen sink clogged while the dishwasher was running. I called Red Cap and made an appointment for the next day. The plumber was courteous, prompt and cheery. He gave us an estimate and unclogged the sink. He advised that the disposal was rusty and worn, so we authorized replacement. He had the part with him, and replaced it on the spot. Red Cap's prices are a bit high, but the work was excellent. Thanks for a job well done.

Very professional, even drove back to Tampa to get an obscure part and repaired it the same afternoon.

They are professional, responsive and punctual. Their workmanship was very good and they stuck to their estimate. The quality of their work was good and I was pleased with their service.

The man who came out was terrific. He fixed the problem in 4 minutes! Now the new hose has a lifetime warranty, so I do not have to worry about that in the future. In the past, I had the same problem, but I did not receive the information from Angie's List at that time. The best part about it was that I called them in the morning, and he was there within a couple of hours or my call. Overall he was terrific. I would highly recommend this company.

Call was handled professionally by a friendly receptionist. Was able to get plumber out same day - even earlier than promised. Jackhammered out the cement, repaired the pipe and cleaned up. Good job, friendly tech.

We have not had any problems with this company. My husband has a contract with this company to come and service whenever there are problems. We have had them out a couple of times for issues with our toilets. Overall they have done a great job and we are quite happy with them.

I would highly recommend them. They are a good company.

Their work was excellent. I thought they were a little high on their price, but they gave me a discount. I had already bought the hose and put it on the heater, but wasn't sure of what I was doing so I called them. I might shop around for the price if I needed plumbing work to be done in the future.

The repairman came out to look at installing a water filter and instant hot we moved with us. He wanted me to order all new parts because they weren't warranty able (even though not broken). Quoted me $250 to install it, which is very excessive. Basically, he tried to sell me a replacement instant hot that is not broken because he couldn't warranty the tubing. Was told by manufacturer parts are available at plumbing stores, but repairman insisted they are not. Not sure what to believe. Also quoted me $100 more to perform a service I had completed last week -$185 to install new faucet when I paid $85.

I found them on the list. They came out in a reasonable time.

Chris King was great. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was very neat and clean. He was on time and even helped brainstorm other ideas about solving problems around the house. He is very quiet worker, he just gets the job done. Red Cap has a policy where technicians have to wear shoe protection when entering the home which is very nice. I will certainly use Chris King again and highly recommend him.

It went great. He had to wait a few minutes for the granite guys to drill the holes but was very nice about it. Explained everything afterwards. Was clean and polite. I thought the price was pretty high but have not had to hire a plumber in quite a while so I don't have a comparison.

They were here on time. They were very efficient in figuring out the problem and solving it. The quality of the work was great.

The person who came was very polite, thorough and he did the job very well. He advised us that the problem was elsewhere outside the property and suggested that we call the county authorities. He gave us lot of information about claiming our money back from the county. He was very courteous, informative and professional.

I have 3 bathrooms and all of the flushers are gold. When they replaced one, it was a chiped one that did not match the others, they said it would have been $50 more for the gold. He was supposed to give me a written warranty on the work but he didn't leave me one.

Company was knowlegeable, and did excellent work. Only complaint was that the price seemed a bit high.

They were prompt and the work was excellent. They were polite, respectful, punctual and nice to deal with. They did what they said they would do and were pleasant. They cleaned up well after themselves and were very considerate of our home. They were immaculate and the work was top-notch. They were awesome and I have also recommended them to one of my friends.
