Mike came to my home and I was very impressed with him. He was very polite and was willing to work with me. I showed him the bathroom I needed done and he checked my kitchen as well and all my bathrooms and showers. He replaced my toilet seat and caulked my tub which is surrounded by marble. He was very good and I believe he is a wonderful representative for the company. He was very thorough. I would definitely use him again.

Walked into my laundry room one morning had water all over the floor.Called RedCap plumbing they came out within an hour,he evaluated the situation and told me it was two hoses that would need to be replaced.He replace them.

We purchased the deal from Angie's List and were promptly contacted to schedule service. They were able to come out much sooner than expected considering the savings. They cleared the line and were extremely professional and very helpful in offering different available options for the future when we're ready to replace the old pipes in the yard. We had bought a short sale that must have had serious sewer backup and Red Cap was able to take care of the whole issue and our house runs smoothly now.

After I explained to James what my problem was and showed him to the master bathroom. James turned on the shower and found the hot water to only be luke warm. He turned off the water leading to the house and replaced the valve stem. The water temperature immediately improved. James also replaced my old showerhead with a new one I already had. He was professional in his work and cleaned up when the job was complete. I would not hesitate to recommend Red Cap Plumbing and would certainly call them again in the future.

As many of you who live in South Tampa know, household water pressure can leave something to be desired. So after a ton of research I purchased an in-line whole house water pressure booster and hired Red Cap to install the unit. The unit was installed back in May and the total install cost was approximately $300. The amount felt pretty high given there was probably only $10 worth of PVC but my primary concern was that the unit was installed properly so I wouldn't create other plumbing issues downstream in my plumbing system and also that I had a reputable company to stand behind the work. Well, service after the sale got tested yesterday. I received a call yesterday afternoon that water was gushing out of a failed plumbing connection between the pressure booster and my main water supply line to my home. After turning off the water, I immediately contacted Red Cap and they dispatched Reese who was the same gentleman who performed the original install. He was at my house in less than two hours and performed a full inspection of the system. After discussing the variables of what might have caused one of the plumbing connections to fail, Reese determined that the repair would be covered by their one year warranty and made the repair in a professional and timely manner. The first guy that came out couldn't find the problem. The next day they sent out a specialist and he found the problem and quickly fixed it. They were good. They were professional and polite. They came on time, and were in uniform. They were careful not to track dirt in the house.

This is the second time I've used Red Cap Plumbing. Initially I had a backed up drain in the back of my house and they came out and snaked it. After that was completed, Trevor came out and sent the camera down the main lines throughout the house. He suggested that I get the main lines cleaned and since I've had an issue with blockage twice in the last six months I agreed. Thomas and Adam showed up on time and got right to work on our scheduled date. It was a scorcher out but both worked hard until the job was completed. They even humored me when I requested a picture of the three of us in our Red Cap Plumbing hats. Thank you Red Cap Plumbing! It's been a pleasure doing business with you.

We recently purchased a new washing machine from another company, and had to have it installed. Upon delivery of the washing machine, we were informed that the water valve was faulty and wouldn't shut off properly, and the installation techs could not install the unit. We contacted Red Cap Plumbing shortly after to schedule an appointment for the following day; scheduling an appointment was very easy and they were easily able to accommodate our schedules to minimize inconvenience. I should point out that the receptionist was extremely friendly and professional. The plumber, a gentleman named Carl, came out and within 2 minutes diagnosed and solved the issue completely. Carl was incredibly friendly and outgoing and explained the process as he was doing it. I have definitely found my new plumbing company for any future needs.

Excellent service from Tom who took great care not to damage anything moving the old water heater out and the new one in. He was clearly extremely experienced, took the time to explain everything he was doing, and was a real pleasure to work with. We use Red Cap exclusively for our plumbing needs and have found them to be extremely responsive with a cadre of very skilled plumbers. We had Matt on another project last week and he was equally knowledgeable and personable.

I called this provider and they were supposed to come between 8 and 12. They called me at 9:30 to let me know they were 4 hours away and they showed up at 12:30. The guy came in my house and said he forgot to put covers on his shoes. He then gave me an estimate and then started to work on my toilet which he did fix. He was a really nice guy, but for the work that was done they charged way to much.

They did a good job with the rodding and televising. One of their competitors did a worse job for about $400 dollars – Red Cap did better for $99. The Deal pricing was wonderful! They showed up right on time and were very professional. They're the ones I'll be calling in the future.

Tony came out the first day to check on the leak from the main to the house and discovered it wasn't an issue. He dug from the main to the house and didn't see a leak. This took most of the day. The next day Scott came out and fixed the toilets and three outside hose connections to stop the leaks there. He also took out the old water heater and water softener and replaced the water heater and cleaned up the path the pipes were taking to get to the water heater to make it more efficient. He also showed us where the previous owners had disconnected the water softener so it wasn't even working. After all was completed, this did save us some funds as some work didn't need to be completed as previously quoted. We're presently saving up some funds to have a new water softener bought and installed and we'll definitely call them again for this work.

I had a leak under the the kitchen floor pipes. Red Cap provided an estimate for repiping or drilling down to fix pipe. I decided to go with the repiping and put a deposit down that day; however, I was informed later in the day my insurance may cover. I called the very next day to cancel repiping date which would be have been in five days until I heard back about my insurance claim. It took awhile to get insurance on board so I asked in the mean time for my deposit back until the claim was approved. Red Cap charged me $175.00 for cancelling which I think is outrageous. Also, I called the very next day to cancel the re-piping - - less than 24 hours. Had they not done this, I would have gone with them because eventually insurance approved the repiping based off fRed Cap estimate. I went with another plumbing company.

The Tech. arrived and quoted me $1500.00 for installing my new water heater and sink. I said no way and sent him away. I received other quotes from various other companies for $500.00 to $700.00.

Carl was the technician on the job. He was professional, courteous and prompt. The office staff was friendly and professional as well. I will definitely use Red Cap Plumbing for any and all future plumbing needs.

They have very good communications to advise when the tech will arrive. They arrived one day, gave estimate and came back following day with new water heater and needed parts. The installer was highly skilled and took time to explain what he was doing for me, all of which I honestly appreciated. As it just so happens, after the install, a small water leak began on an old fitting so the tech came back out on a service call and repaired promptly, covered by the warranty. Garage floor is now dry and we have hot water once again.

We had a very late plumbing emergency and Mike with Red Cap plumbing came out immediately. He took the time to come out in the middle of the night to fix a broken pipe. He was efficient and awesome! Our ceiling was leaking, and he walked us through what to do until he got here. I would recommend him anytime.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the people from Red Cap plumbing! From Paul to the crew that came to do the work, they were all professional and knew what needed to be done. I didn't even know Red Cap could do anything with septic system! I originally had them out to check the inside plumbing; but they found my problem very quickly. They answered all my questions in detail and gave me a good education on septic tanks. I would definitely call them again if I have any plumbing issues inside or outside of the house. Thank you

Plumber was prompt, knowledgeable, and, courteous. He really could not find a reason for the odor, possibly the sulfa content in my water. Red Cap had plumbers working on Memorial Day even though this was not an emergency, which was great for me, but, I felt bad for the plumber. I would definitely use Red Cap again.

They came in on time. They did a good job. It was fine. It was as good as it could get. He was very polite, right on did the job, was out and gone, and everything's been fine. I'd say they were fast. They came in and did what they were supposed to do.

They called an hour ahead and arrived right on time. They gave me options and advice which I appreciated. They completed the work timely and professionally. I would definitely use them again
