We went up to the store to initial the contract. Afterwards, they sent someone to set up the pool. They asked my husband to stake out the property. I later found out from the city that the company was supposed to do the work. When they came to do the work, they installed the pool without getting a permit and installed the pump in the wrong place. The city told me that the company was supposed to do the staking and get the permit. Now I am in a mess because I need to have an electrical outlet installed for the pool. Because of this, I found out that the pool has been wired improperly. Now we can't get extra work done on the pool because the city will not give out a permit until a complaint is registered against the company. I am not pleased at all with the work done and their business practices are dishonest from the signing of the contract to the work completed.
Description of Work: They installed an above-ground pool for me.

I HAD TROUBLES WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE BEGINNING OF OUR FIRST ENCOUNTER. BUT THE COMPANY QUICKLY RESOLVED THE SITUATION TO MY SATISFACTION.

DURING THE SALE, THERE WERE A FEW DISCREPENSIES WITH MR. WALKER AND THE SALESPERSON. DUE TO THIS, MR. WALKER AND DWAYNE MILLER (MANAGER) AGREED THAT A $200 STORE CREDIT WOULD BE FAIR FOR BOTH PARTIES. MR. WALKER ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR $100. MR. WALKER AGREED TO A $200 STORE CREDIT FOR COMPANSATION. HE CAME IN TO OUR STORE ON 04/06/04 AND PURCHASED A POOL CLEANER WITH PART OF THE CREDIT.
