RALPH'S PAINTING

They charged us about $4000 and we were happy with them. They did a high quality job of painting it. They cleaned up after themselves. They got it done quickly as well. I would use their services in the future too.

I really like him. I felt that he wanted to go out of his way to help me. He gave recommendations because I was not sure on price. He volunteered more information than what he withheld.

We canceled the job with Ralph's Painting. The fellow was nice, but odd, and lacking professionalism in our circumstance. We have a hunch that he did not want to do the job (bungalows are indeed harder than the average home) but was afraid to tell us. His demeanor was less than enthusiastic. He showed up for work and barely started scraping the house then left and said his pressure washer was broken. He was also apparently very sick. Needless to say, the job never got started. After a few days of delays, I called him and canceled the job. His mood perked up and he seemed relieved not to do the house. Estimated cost was $3,600.

Ralph did a very good job. He was very reasonable with price and work with us when we needed extra detail work. He not only did the painting quickly but he was very neat. Excellent job!

Ralph responded for the estimate appointment timely and presented a competitive proposal. He was polite and professional.

I called three painters from Angie's List. All three responded to my call, but Ralph was the most prompt about coming to the site to give an estimate, and could begin the work right away. His quote was fair, and he also gave a discount for being an Angie's List Member. He started the work early the next morning, and worked well into the evening. His drywall repairs were superb (there was significant damage from our previous tenant), and his two coats of paint were perfect! He (and his assistant) were extremely careful not to get paint on the carpet, ceiling, or baseboards. The work was neat, clean, and very professional and a high quality of paint was used. He worked to full days, from early in the morning to late at night-a hard worker! There is not one negative thing I can say about this contractor. I give him my highest recommendation, and would not hesitate to hire him again or give out his name to family, friends, and business associates. He's a FIVE STAR Painter!

My wife and I decided it was time to paint the interior of our home. We received three quotes on the work to be done. I am very pleased to say we selected Ralph's Painting. When I contacted him on setting up a time to provide a quote, he returned my call promptly, and arrived for the appointment on time. After selecting him as our painter, he not only met, but exceeded our expectations. Ralph and his staff completed the work within the time stated. His work and attention to detail was excellent. I was so impressed with the entire experience, I had Ralph's Painting provide me a quote to have the exterior of my home painted. In the short time since the project has been completed I have received numerous compliments. Highly Recommended!

IT WENT WELL. THERE WAS ONE MINOR PROBLEM WHICH WAS SATISFACTORILY WORKED OUT.

They were fantastic. They came over the day we called and gave us an estimate. Then we scheduled a time but had to re-schedule. When we called them to re-schedule, they were more than accommodating. They arrived right on time and unfortunately I was still moving a desk out of the room. Without missing a beat, Ralph jumped right in and helped move the desk downstairs. They were very professional, had all the right equipment, were friendly and finished in a very reasonable time frame. Room was left very clean and there were no spots on our new carpet. The room and the ceiling look fantastic, they were great and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

He came and looked at the project and never bothered to call or come back at all. Phone calls were not responded. He did schedule a date to do the work and never showed or called, and hasn't called since then.

RALPH WAS THERE ON THE DAY HE SAID HE WOULD BE AND DID THE JOB FOR A REASONABLE PRICE; WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE JOB DONE, ONLY ONE SPOT WAS NOT DONE BUT WE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU CAN'T NOTICE IT AND IT IS BY A WINDOW WHICH MAY HAVE STAINED IT IF ATTEMPTED.

I made an appt. with Ralph for an estimate. The day/time arrived and no one showed up nor did anyone call to reschedule. I called about an hour after the set appt. time and spoke with Ralph who told me that he was not in the area that day. We rescheduled for the following week (said he would be in the area) and again no one showed nor called. About 2 hours later I left a voice message on Ralph's phone and never got a return call with an explanation nor apology.

MR. SANSONE TOOK OVER FROM ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WHO BOTCHED THE JOB MIDWAY. MR. SANSONE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PROPER PAINTING PRACTICES, WORKS WELL AND CLEAN, AND DID A VERY NICE JOB. HE DID SPACKLING AND SANDING TO THE SIDE OF MY HOUSE WHERE AN OLD AND HORRIBLE PAINT JOB LEFT ''ALLIGATORING''. IT WAS HARD WORD BUT IT CAME OUT GREAT. HIS ASSISTANT DOES VERY NICE WORK. THEY DID THE JOB IN A REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME. ON TWO OF THE DAYS DURING THE WEEK'S JOB THEY DID NOT SHOW, PLUS I THINK MR. SANSONE NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO ACCEPT CHECKS BUT OTHERWISE OVERALL A GOOD JOB AND I WOULD HIRE AGAIN. MR. SANSONE ALSO IS CHEERFUL, FRIENDLY & SEEMS CONCERNED THAT HE MAKE HIS CUSTOMERS HAPPY. NICE LITTLE BONUS IN THIS DAY AND AGE.

THESE GENTLEMEN DID GOOD WORK AND ALSO GAVE MY HUSBAND A TIP ABOUT PAINTING THE FRONT DOOR, WHICH HE DID AND IT TURNED OUT WONDERFUL. THE TIP ALONE TO ME WAS WORTH THE PRICE OF THE PAINTING AS IT LOOKS SO GOOD.
