THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THEIR MANUFACTURER. DUE TO ONE OF THE WINDOWS NOT BEING ABLE TO BE MADE FOR MY OPENING, THEY HELD UP THE WHOLE ORDER, UNTIL THE PRESIDENT OF PROVIEW WAS ABLE TO CALL ME AND ADVISE OF THE PROBLEM. I SUGGESTED A CHANGE AND THOUGH THE COST WAS MORE I WAS NOT CHARGED FOR A DIFFERENT WINDOW THAN ORDERED.
Description of Work: WORK WAS PERFORMED WELL. INSTALLATION WAS MANAGED PROMPTLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THE INSTALLER WAS THERE THE DATE EXPECTED, ALTHOUGH HE ARRIVED AT 11AM AFTER HAVING BEEN SENT TO 2 MEASURING JOBS. HE WORKED 'TIL 5PM AND FINISHED THE NEXT DAY. HE WAS CONSIDERATE AND PATIENT IN ANSWERING QUESTIONS I HAD.

Description of Work: I was satisfied with the work done. The salesman was a little pushy at first. Once they ordered the windows they installed them within 2 weeks. The installer was very careful & did a good job
