I couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience. I visited their showroom in early July and already had a product in mind. The sales person was very knowledgable and helped me to decide on certain options that were available. I have one window that the product of choice was questionable due to width and design. She assured me that the product has been installed in much larger applications and that they would be able to determine precisely when they came out for final measurements. At that time, she provided a quote and we set up an appointment for the measurements. The appointment was met at the exact time. We placed the order and it arrived at the store two weeks later. In less than 3 weeks, I placed the order and had them professionally installed. The installer was also prompt, was professional and was obviously committed to excellence. I chose this company because they offered a product that I wanted and I prefer to do business with small local companies whenever I can. They provided excellent customer service and completely exceded my expectations! I'll be calling them again.

Kathy is an amazing person to work with. She strives for your satisfaction. She came to my house to take care of my master bedroom and master bath window treatments. I had my family room done with some other company and needed some adjustment. She took the treatment down and work on existing treatment while she put up some additions to what i had. We decided to go with Hunter Douglas shades not the wooden blinds base on Kathy's recommendation. The outcome was amazing.. If you don't want to wait forever for your window treatment and window covering, you should call Kathy. I don't know how she does it. We order some beautiful Hunter Douglas shades and the job was done in less than two weeks. My house has so many windows and I know I just ask Kathy to take care of them. She has a nice showroom and carries every fabric you possibly can imagine.

I contacted Progressive to have drapes made for a sliding glass door from fabric which I provided. I gave them the measurememnts of the window and also provided an lod drape as a pattern. Within a reasonable time, they made the pinch pleated and lined panel and it fits the door wonderfully.

After replacing floor tiles, we found the new ones were much thicker than what had been there. Two sets of vertical blinds covering the sliding glass doors no longer hung vertically. Since these were selected by the previous home owner we had no idea where to start to try to get them shortened. This is a business I pass on my way to work. When I called, Bob answered and agreed to shorten them. He said it'd be much less expensive if I could bring them in, but they'd also do the service at my home if I preferred or couldn't get them down without cracking the clips holding them on. Not only that but since they don't open until after I pass there in the morning, he offerd to do them on my way to work since apparently he is often there early! It took about 5 minutes and they fit perfectly. I don't really like the blinds so when we are ready to replace them, I know exactly where I will start shopping as they had some beautiful products in the show room and I watched the care two other employees seemed to be putting into a project under construction on the tables.
