Pro Cleaners

Florida Pro Cleaners was hired to clean the entire air duct system of a to story home. The technician was left there to do the job that was suppose to take at least 2 hours. When returning to the property, I fould that he was there less than 10 minutes, did a bait and switch and never returned to do the job correctly. The technician was very rude on the telephone, and the supervisor did not return my call as requested. What a hastle - beware of this company - they do noy perform, do not return calls, and do nothing to accommodate their customer! I cannot explain how violated I feel as a consumer by this company. Look them up on the BBB site for more bad feedback - they are just awful. Wish I had checked them out before hiring them. In addition, they wanted payment in advance and would not return the payment when I camplained that the work was not done. I was told that the service person would come back 4 days later and do the job correctly. He did not show again and did not return or answer calls. I have now hired a different company to do the work and it has been performed properly and professionally.

I hired this company on a Wednesday to clean carpets and a couch on a rental property. This was time sensitive as I had a renter moving in on Friday. They cleaned the carpets and did a fair job, most spots came out. The couch looked as if it hadn't been done at all, I thought perhaps they forgot. I called and they assured me it had been done but someone would come out Thursday to make it right. No one showed and no one called. Friday the renter moves into an apartment that is not completely cleaned and now must adjust their schedule to accommodate the cleaning service. The renter made himself available until 2pm on a designated day, the cleaning company assured me they would be there. Called the night before to say they wanted to do it right then as they were in the area and I informed them the renter was not available until the following day per our appointment. No call no show. Called office again today to speak to manager was put on hold for over 5 minutes, no one returned to call. I am a busy person and do not have time to make all these calls and have to deal with a company that does not do the work I paid for nor shows up to appointments. I have requested my money be returned so I can contract a different company to complete this job, Will update on companies response as I am once again waiting for a return phone call.

Badly. Advice is: don't use this comapny and don't give Todd a credit card number.

They had an internet add for a soft and love seat to be cleaned for $69. They showed up and told me it would have to be $130 because my furniture required a deep clean. After they left, I checked the furniture. they never moved the couch away from the wall to clean the back. They didn't clean the couch liner and placed wet cushions back on so they all became dirty again. I called the company back. Finally someone called me back on their cell phone and said they would send someone out on wednesday to clean it again. I waited all day wednesday but nobody came. I just called again and they said they would send someone out next week. The job was very poorly done. the people doing it just didn't seem to care about doing a good job. the company seems to be run by subcontractors who call on cell phones only. It is very unprofessional.
