See above. They walked out because I said I would post a review of their services.

I had a groupon for carpet cleaning for 7 rooms and 2 halls for $65 (a $160 value) The technician Dave showed up on time. He looked over the carpets to be cleaned then told me about all the different options I could upgrade to for a price. I told him that I wasnt interested in an upgrade and just wanted what my coupon covered. Dave didnt want to hear that and insisted that I needed to upgrade to get the carpets cleaned. He said the spots wouldnt be removed and the carpet wouldnt come clean. Now i want you to know it has only been 6 months since my carpets were cleaned. There were a few spots here and there but they were not large and I mostly wanted the carpets cleaned to generally freshen them up. I told Dave that it was ridiculous for him to say that my "carpet cleaning" package wouldn't get my carpets clean. It was apparent that Dave didnt want to do my carpets unless I paid more money. The Groupon price must not be enough profit for him. Dave offered to leave and I could get my money back from Groupon. I told him NO. I wanted him to clean my carpets. Dave then wrote on the bill " As is job-customer refused deep clean to remove dirt and spots no guarantee " Needless to say I was shocked ! I have used Pro Carpet at least 2 times before and have never had such a rude obnoxious tech as Dave. I initialed his paperwork to start the job and before the ink was even dry, Dave was done! Thats 4 bedrooms, 2 flights of stairs and a large hallway. He was done in about 20 minutes. I have to estimate since he left my house without even having me sign the final receipt or collect the $4 gas sur charge he said I would have to pay. It takes me much longer to vacuum all those areas yet he was done in record time. Needless to say he did a terrible job. It looked exactly as it did before Dave came to my house. I called Pro Carpet and they apologized for Daves behavior and unprofessionalism. We rescheduled for a couple of days later. Unfortunately Pro Carpet called me an hour before my appointment and said the technician had an emergency and rescheduled me again. Finally Paul came to clean my carpets. He did a wonderful job !!!! Paul acted in a professional manner and took about 45 minutes to clean everything. The carpets looked better and smelled fresh. If I ever use Pro Carpet again I will ask for Paul.

They were really well priced and really did great work. Everything turned out great and they even showed me everything that they got out of the carpet. I am planning on using them again in the future.

They got a few stains up, but the terrible service and was not worth ANY price. My husband even had to clean up behind the guy after he left, as the guy left water all over the tile. Much like others I bought a Groupon. I had actually used this service company before and had a relatively good experience. The first appointment we had scheduled, I got a call 5 minutes after the "appointment window" that they would be there in about 20 minutes... Meaning for my between 9-10am arrival time, they wouldn't get there until 10:30. We rescheduled as we had to leave. Second attempt, we made an appointment for 5-6pm arrival time, and the service provider cancelled. So I think, "Life happens, no big deal." The company left me a message offering an earlier appointment time during the workday, when I would be unavailable. They left this message at around 7pm at night, and I didn't call back to confirm, as I had to work the following day and I had family in town that night. I receive a call that they showed up at my house and "no one was home." Maybe it's just me, but I feel like showing up without client confirmation is inappropriate. Third attempt, I call. We schedule for a 9-10am cleaning arrival window. My husband was able to be home that morning. 10:15 (15 minutes late) rolls around and no technician had arrived... So I call the corporate office, and am told that the technician ran out of chemicals, and would be there shortly... Honestly, how many clients could he have had if we had a 9-10am appointment? Time passes, and it's 11:45, and still no technician! We called to cancel. They offered a reschedule and apologies. As I've says, we've used their services before, so we have them one last chance. We were also hoping they might give us some incentive for being repeat customers. Fourth cleaning attempt, the technician finally showed up, on time. They tried to ask for 100 dollars to upgrade the cleaning for the 3 rooms, a price ($140 total) now more expensive than other providers for a whole house deep cleaning. We are told that their standard carpet cleaning won't really clean our carpets very well.

I bought a Groupon for this company. It was a great deal: $29.95 for 3 rooms and a hallway. I didn't even have a hallway to clean (but the guy said that my very tiny walk-in closet counted as a hallway...which is BS). So they one guy showed up on time, in a very used, generic-looking van. The kind you warn your kids to stay away from. He was friendly enough. The house was empty, but I had my puppy there with me. He asked if I would put the dog out while he worked. I said I would take her for a walk. I was gone 15-20 minutes (I left when he started getting the equipment from the van). When I got back, he was gone and the receipt was on the counter. The carpets had obviously been run over with the cleaner, but there were stains in one of the kids' rooms that I didn't notice before. The "cleaning" had made them show much brighter and larger. I would've expected the guy to at least wait for me and point them out. Even if they weren't included in the price, I would think he would offer some service to remove them. Instead, I had to get Woolite with Oxy clean and do it myself.

My experience with them wasn’t the best. I had to use another company afterwards. The carpet cleaning didn’t last. The people that came and did the job were nice. Their price was good. I would consider using them again in the future, but I don’t know if I would actually go through with it.

I bought a special through living social. It was for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. I only needed 2 rooms but the price was right and I figured since they had A ratings why not give them a try. I moved all the furniture out of the rooms or out of the way but left a couch in the middle of my office. I was on the phone when they finished and did not have an opportunity to inspect the work. Both rooms were still pretty wet so I put on the ceiling fans to help them dry out. It also appeared that they had cleaned around the couch in the middle of the room. I couldn't believe that but didn't want to walk on the wet carpet. The next day they were still damp but I noticed that the carpets were stiff. I gave it another day to dry and ran the vacuum over the both rooms. When I moved the couch back against the wall it was apparent that that area in the middle of the room had not been cleaned. In addition the pile of the carpet was stiff and scratchy. This is Karastan carpeting which is a very good higher end carpet that had been cleaned several times before. In summary I did all of the furniture moving and maybe that was my mistake but I would have thought they would know that the couch didn't belong in the middle of the room. 3 days to dry was too much I assume they didn't spend enough time vacuuming out the water/cleaning solution. You might ask why I didn't call to complain. It is simple I really don't want them back in my house. They were that bad.

They made my patio floor look better then new. The tile cleaning was gorgeous.
