Description of Work: I contracted to paint my new townhouse. 3 bedrooms 2-1/2 baths. They did an excellent job. Ric was very professional and his crew took a very good care of my property. Job was well done, neat and on schedule.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's list deal. Even though the deal had expired, they still honoured it. They did a great job. Very accomodating, prefessional and honest up front about what they felt they could complete.

Description of Work: No one called. I left a few msgs b4 anyone contacted me. The deal called for two painters for 4 hours . They told me it is actually one for 8 hours. I explained to them that the reason why I chose the deal is because 4 hours would work perfecyly for me because of my schedule with my kids. They said, it should not be a problem because they know the guy and they are honest people. I explained that that does not matter because I don't know them and I would rather not leave strangers in my home. After all was said and done I agreed to have them come for the 8 hours. I canceled appointments and I moved things around to hv the day free. They called me the morning of to tell me that they were running a half hour late at the time they were supposed to be here. I said okay no problem. I got a call again half an hour after saying they would not be coming because they broke down on the highway. All of this and my entire day lost. They offered follow up appt. I declined bc of that experience. I was called a few months later in January to find out if I received my service. Can you believe this? Horrible service I would not recommend them to anyone. This is my experience, yours may be different. Get what you pay for. (They Blamed AngiesList for the error in the ad btw)

Description of Work: Ron and his foreman at Presto Painting were excellent to deal with. We had another painter already set up to come in as soon as our old popcorn ceilings were down, and the painter cancelled at the last minute. After making several calls and being consistently told that everyone was booked for several months, I spoke to Ron and was advised he could help us out within the week. | |My wife and I did as much as we could; we wanted the painting to be the main time consumer, and not furniture moving. To that end, we had everything moved we thought needed to be moved. The few remaining pieces were moved by Ron's crew. | |Pro: |- Listened to our needs and responded accordingly. |- Great job in the actual painting, including baseboards, doors, trim, and all the sealing/silicone that comes with a job like this |- Very punctual. They were on time when they said they'd be here, and they were to the minute on when they anticipated the job to be complete. |- Worked with a last-minute change in color in one of our bedrooms. Ron's foreman was able to make the run to Sherwin-Williams himself to take care of ordering and picking up the paint. |- We over-ordered the paint for the walls, but we under-ordered ceiling and trim paint. Presto was right there to ensure the job didn't stall because of lack of materials. |- Handled miscommunication professionally. We thought we would put up the original wire shelving in my son's closet that was there before, and the crew thoughtfully left the wall anchors in place and uncovered so that we'd know where to go again. However, we ended up not doing this, but the holes still remained, and this in a room that was already completed and almost reassembled. The guys quickly took care of everything. |- Did minor carpentry work. There were baseboards missing in a couple of closets from when the previous owners quit on yet another project. No more missing baseboards! | |Con: |- Overspray everywhere. They covered and taped everything, but care wasn't taken to ensure it was completely sealed. I spent several evenings after work cleaning fixtures, fan blades, and the floor. I'm still finding things that are covered in paint. |- Did not put back everything, or put things back half-way. Things like the screws from wall-plates were missing, or furniture was just shoved against the wall. Trim pieces that were removed to paint behind them were not reinstalled. |- There were several opportunities to ensure that patches in walls were done in such a way as to make them blend in with the surrounding wall. Instead, globs of filler were dabbed on, then paint went on top. Because of the great experience so far, if they had suggested their crew do a few more items in preparation so that the final result was that much better, we probably would have agreed. | |Overall, we'll give them an A, but with coaching towards the actual prep and finish of the job. We'll definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I had all interior walls painted along with baseboards. Living room ceiling also was patched and painted. Exterior painting included back wall of house, lanai floor and ceiling and storage building.

Description of Work: Presto Painting was great! Ron is very professional and their service is prompt, clean and precise. Their crews painted the exterior of our home, two bedrooms, and the living, dining, kitchen and family rooms. The price was very good and we were very pleased with the result!
