Description of Work: Originally took advantage of $199.00 for 8 hours of painting (customer provides the paint). The person sent to my house splattered paint on my wood floor and did not even attempt to clean it up. Also, roller marks were evident when the paint dried. That painter has since been released from his job with Presto. Ron, the owner went the extra mile to make things right. Todd came over the night the paint job was done to try and clean up the floor. There was still some paint that would not come up so he came back again and took care of the problem. He also repainted the room. In addition, Todd painted my bathroom and did a great job. The bad painter had been with Presto a short time and turned out to be a bad hire. I believe that his employment with Presto was not reflective of their other employees. Ron, the owner took care of my problem and took the necessary steps to protect his customers from future problems. I would definitely hire Presto again because I know that Ron is a man of integrity and will stand behind his customers. Even though it was a rocky start, the end result was an A job on all levels.

Description of Work: Presto Painting was excellent! They were very responsive, worked within my time constraints, competitively priced and the interior paint job beyond my very high OCD standards. I'll use them again in the Fall when I have the exterior of m house painted.

Description of Work: They painted my entry way and living room. I purchased a deal for 8 hours of painting. I had hoped for more rooms in that time but my walls are a bit rough and it was slow-going. In any case, the final product was well-done.

Description of Work: I responded to a special 2 rooms painted for $300 and Presto did 1 bathroom for 275 which INCLUDED primer and Trim Paint and all materials except the wall paint. 275 still seemed pricey but I needed it done, the work and workman William was fabulous very professional

Description of Work: Ron Silverman, the owner sent Todd to our home for some exterior painting, including outside doors. This young man did a fantastic job. There was no mess and he was very polite and professional . I was thrilled, plus Angie's deal was just that- a real deal done real well! In addition , Ron followed up and I was able to thank him and tell him I would recommend him highly.

Description of Work: Very good. We were anxious to get started and they arrived on time gave a lot of information about the job then we're in time to get the work done as we requested. The job did cost a bit more then a competor but the job was good

Concerns during the job were addressed immediately. The job was completed quickly and satisfactorily. I would use Presto again without hesitation.
