The whole job was done in the professional manner. Installers were concerned about furniture appliances, and responsive to my concerns and comments. I consider what was done to be high quality job. Fabiano and his team were very professional and the work was beautiful. From the first contact to the last we were very impressed with Premium Hard Surfaces. They are very knowledgeable and skilled craftsmen. We hired Fabiano and his team to install wood floors in our new home. Fabiano's guys showed up on time, worked very efficiently and left nothing behind except for beautiful new hardwood floors. I would absolutely use them again for another project in my home.

The house was vacant at the time. They did a wonderful job. Everyone comes to our house now comments on how beautiful the flooring is. Fabiano was responsive to our concerns and returned phone calls promptly. I would definitely recommend them.

Fabbiano (the owner/manager) was wonderful from the outset. He offered good products, was competitive in his pricing, and had his very capable crew perform all work on schedule and very professionally. All floors and carpeting look great, and many others (other service providers and guests who have seen the house so far) have commented on the high quality of the work. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants high-quality work done for reasonable prices (considering the quality of materials and workmanship).

Fabiano took a lot of time to walk us through the process and lend us samples as we needed them. He checked in about the decision process and was fabulous about keeping us informed all the way through. We wanted someone who would also move the furniture. He provided us with references which were fabulous. It took 5 days total and that included moving our furniture, demolishing the tile, laying MVP and the hardwood, to putting protectors on the furniture and moving it back and personally inspecting the work. He finished a day earlier than he told us he would. His crew was prompt and they cleaned up after themselves every day; the wood was laid so that it was absolutely beautiful and exactly the way we wanted. I'm nominating him for a page of happiness. He came in at exactly the estimate and was extremely conscientious. We utilized an optional cleaning service after, although there was hardly any dust compared with what we heard we should expect. Perfect Job! We would utilize him again!
