Premiere Builders completed a FANTASTIC 2-story addition to our pre-existing mid-century home! From Jonathan, Shalom, & Yaron in the back office, to Rudy, Cristian & the rest of them team in our home, we couldn't be more pleased! Premiere Builders helped us obtain permitting for a BEAUTIFUL living/dining room addition, as well as 2nd story deck & covered entryway. They HAND-CUT custom wood stairs with stunning paint & stain, and opened up our dated, carpeted stairway to create a bright, modern new living space! Professional, courteous, and efficient are all terms I would use to describe this team of genuine individuals. We would work with them again in a heartbeat!

Ortal from Premiere Builders was our project manager for the entire process of my bathroom renovation. Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff who were focused on my design vision and provided valuable input throughout the process. I hired Premiere Builders to plan and execute a complete renovation of a 1951 ranch style home in South Tampa. The home was completely original; no updates had been done. I worked with Mr. Yaron Meidan. I shared with him my vision of what I wanted to finished product to look like. He and his team did an outstanding job; I was completely thrilled with the results. They delivered a wonderful open-concept living area and a fantastic kitchen. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Premiere Builders for any home project / renovation that you want done right.

A tub/shower conversion done right! Beautiful conversion. We could not make the small ugly bathroom bigger but we did make it visually larger and much more efficient. We were able to create a true walk-out shower in the space where a tub had been. New LPV flooring, new ceramic wall tiles, new vanity, new fixtures, new accessories, fresh walls all custom to my preferences. The half wall and half glass encloser were suggested by Shimi and it encloses shower enough that no doors are needed. Also more safety grab rails inside the shower. So, now there is a truly safe walk-out shower and more visual space and light. And with grab rails custom to my habits. I knew I could 100% trust Premiere Builders and Shimi. They had rescued me last year. My kitchen was demolished by the previous contractor who then abandoned the project. I did a lot of research and thought before I could trust a new contractor. I am so glad I called Premiere Builders and Shimi because, in the end, that kitchen reno went far beyond my original expectations. On time, on budget and with great communication. Sure enough, this bathroom is done right, on budget and even a little early within the two-week schedule, more like 10 days. Shimi manages the project with great communication between me, between the trades and with an eye to details. Most of all, I know he will keep his word to me always At the end, Shimi even sent soap and water clean up! Quality. Customer Service. Value for my money and relaxed because I could trust I would be treated honestly. Wow.

Definitely recommend Premiere Builders. We did a reasonably complex project including the removal of a load-bearing wall, installation of a bathroom, AC replacement & re-layouting as well as construction of dry walls, window replacement - in addition to â standardâ remodeling (new floors, recessed lights, etc.). Shimi struck a nice balance between optimizing for our quality of life and resale value, and was happy to work with our priorities. The process felt very collaborative, and the team suggested improvements and optimizations along the way. We definitely feel that we got our moneyâ s worth, and would absolutely hire them again for our next project.

We were recommended to Premiere Builders & Remodeling from a family friend, and they didnâ t disappoint! Shimi and Premiere completed an extensive remodel of our 1950s ranch to expectation. The team was wonderful to work with from site visit and bid, through demo & construction and until final inspection. Shimi was is easy to communicate with, sets expectations / timelines, and honest throughout the project. Main scope of work included a demo of fireplace/chimney roof to basement, installed two support beams: main level, kitchen remodel, egress window, oak flooring, etc. We were pleased with Shimiâ s entire crew and ALL subcontractors. We look forward to working with Premiere Builders again on any future projects!

We hired Premiere for a residential renovation project with significant concrete, roof, plumbing, electrical, and finish work. Their communication was excellent throughout the project. Any sizeable project always has some issues, all were handled professionally and fixed well. All employees were professional and courteous.

We were very happy with the work and professionalism of Michael from Premiere Builders. Our project was to convert a large room into a master bedroom. Work include wall removal, wall construction, plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinetry and redesigning and installation of a window. Work was completed on time and the area was cleaned up and secured daily with minimum impact on the rest of the house. I would with out any hesitation recommend Premiere Builders!

From the moment I looked up contractors on Thumbtack and found Premier Builders, I knew I found a winner! They were the 1st to respond, and from day one when I met Shimi at the house in Dunedin, I knew I made the right choice ð I was only going to paint the cabinets and a few other minor things, but with the vision me and Shimi came together with, we did a total home remodel!! They made the process so easy, with milestones of when to get product and the payment plan was set from the beginning. Communication with Shimi was non stop and I was able to reach him night and day! Yohan (Yaron) and his team were awesome. They help us remodel our kitchen and bathroom, and did a great job. Premiere Builders was the best contractor experience I have had in my life. I talked to a lot of different businesses and they were the only one I could trust. Premiere was up front with costs, showed up on time, didnâ t cut any corners, used high quality materials, the finished product is now beautiful! My friends are so impressed when I have them over and I could not be happier! Highly recommend to anyone looking for home remodeling no matter what size project.

This was a very large project! Before hiring Premiere Builders I spent several months consulting contractors and various companies for the multitude of projects I wanted done. Once I spoke to Shimi (and the next day, Jonathan) I moved forward with their services. From the start, Shimi was trying to save me money while delivering my overall vision. They both were knowledgeable and sensible and understood the mission while keeping in mind my budget and possible unforeseen costs. I appreciated that and there were unforeseen issues dealing with a home 94 years old. However, Shimi was just a phone call away to translate (speaks at least 3 different languages that I know of). *Scheduling was an issue. Multiple times Shimi would tell me the plan for the coming days and at times people would not show. He wasn't aware until I called and he'd address it but it was frustrating at times. Fortunately, there was always someone here, & it's a good neighborhood, & I have surveillance inside and out, & i was able to comfortably leave a side door unlocked for workers to come and go. I NEVER had a questionable or uncomfortable situation arise out any of the many many workers that came in & out of my house. *Batista's crews and the roofers were not conscientious about the cleanliness of the project areas (during or after). Oscar's team was conscientious of this. Also, Shimi did send cleaners out at the conclusion of the overall job. However, they did not address the outside areas. Shimi personally attempted to clean up the yard but for months we found roofing material (mostly nails, small remnants of old shingles, etc.) around all 3 structures. Make sure to insist on a dumpster being present for roofing and large projects with large amounts of debri being removed from your homes or businesses. I believe Shimi and Jonathan have addressed this. I do recommend Premiere Builders and would use their services in the future. In fact, I reached out to them when I needed a shampoo station installed & they sent Oscar out within a week. Not only that but Premiere Builders didn't even charge me for this. *To note* I've received multiple compliments from neighbors and visitors since the remodel.
