Aside from the normal construction issues that arise, the experience was very good, nothing like the hassle I had when we put a pool in. They were very responsive when I contacted them and told them something did not look right. The time frame was not what either of us hoped, but we were coming out of COVID, so they did the best they could, even getting needed items from out of state. The addition is fantastic. We get comments from everyone. Shalom and Johnathan were great to work with.

I am happy to recommend Premiere Builders! We hired them for a partial home remodel project for a house and it progressed as promised and on budget and came out great! A year later we bought a real fixer upper requiring a full scale renovation and again Premiere Builders came through like champs! - honest - on time - they even come back for touch ups 1 year later. They are not the cheapest but for the money they are the best I've found... that and their reliability make them our favorites and we're now having them draft up plans for an addition.

Having been abandoned with my kitchen in shambles I hired Premiere Builders. Not wanting to make a second mistake, I did a lot of research and found consistent extremely positive reviews. I can now add my 5 star review because I can truly say their work is excellent, on time and on budget. My project manager was in responsive and excellent communication with me through the whole project. Together we made a far better kitchen than the original plan.

we started with bedrooms remodelling adding new bathroom and review completely the entire master bedroom. Because of the trust and their competitive offer, we extend the project to the entire open kitchen, remodel the dining area, redesign the chimney, install new flooring everywhere, new bathrooms and closets. Project follow-up was done efficiently. we exchanged ideas all along, best design and product with right cost.

Premiere Builders was recommended to us by the team that did mold removal at our home. We had to completely re-do our master bath, and have walls, windowsills and floorboards replaced in our living room. Premiere Builders did a GREAT job from start to finish! Their team is made up of talented and professional craftsman, and the communication was very good. They gave us a timeline, which they adhered to, and we paid in installments as certain milestones were met. We now have a GORGEOUS new master bath, and you would never know that anything happened in the living room - it was restored to exactly what it looked like before the mold-related demo. I really can't say enough about Premiere Builders - don't hesitate to hire them. They do excellent work!

We hired Premiere Builders for major renovations to our home including creating a master suite, remodeling the kitchen, and adding a laundry room and second bath. From the beginning of the process they were extremely responsive, getting me an accurate quote quickly and following up often. Our project manager, Shimi, listened to my ideas and made helpful suggestions based on what was realistic within our budget and the scope of work. We were not living in the home during the remodel and we had a new baby, so we were unable to be present while most of the work was completed. Shimi always kept me informed and answered all of my questions. We felt like we could trust him and his guys completely. Premiere took care of all of the planning and permitting required to ensure that our remodel was done correctly and to code. Shimi also had suggestions for where to buy tile and fixtures with a discount. We are extremely pleased with the careful work that was completed in our home and will be using Premiere Builders for other improvement projects in the future. I have used Premiere Builders several times. I cannot describe how well they treated me and my projects. Not only did they complete each project in a professional manner, but they also were very helpful in design suggestions. My money was certainly well spent on everything Premiere Builders did for me. When I moved into an older property, they completed numerous projects, both large and small, and turned this property from a house into a home. Anyone who has Premiere Builders do any construction for them will be extremely happy. I was!!!

A plumbing issue that arose right after closing on our home required a full kitchen remodel sooner than we had planned. Premiere Builders was able to very quickly come up with a plan. They finished on time and within budget. There was someone working on our project nearly every day until completion and our project manager was very responsive to our questions along the way. Could not have been more pleased with Jonathan and Premiere Builders. After a "not-so-good" experience with another highly recommended contractor, we called Jonathan. From the first meeting, it was obvious that Premiere Builders was different. Jonathan presented ideas for our kitchen remodel that were in keeping with what we desired, at a price that was very reasonable. The crew that performed was more than competent and, unlike the previous contractor, they showed up every day. The job was completed within the time-frame promised, and the quality of work was exceptional. Shimi, the project manager, was on top of everything and easy to communicate with. He kept us informed in every respect concerning the job. We had only planned to remodel the kitchen, but we were so pleased with everything, we decided to use Premiere to remodel the guest bath, half bath in garage, paint the entire house and garage, install crown molding in the den, replace tile on the front patio, and paint all doors, both inside and out. I would highly recommend Premiere Builders for any remodel, large or small.

I used Premier Builders to install an outside cement pad in front of my dining room sliders where my deck used to be. They came out, asked a few questions and made some recommendations. One recommendation was the size (14x14) and inquired if I would like a walkway from the cement pad to the master bedroom sliders. I thought that was a great idea. They came out on the exact date that was on the contract. They completed the whole project in one day! It was fascinating to watch. They worked nonstop until it was necessary for the cement truck to arrive and then they were back at it. The finished project is so welcoming that my lawn care provider wanted to know who did it because it is exactly what he wants. Every time I go outside, I am pleased all over again by it's appearance and functionality. It has reduced the volume of dirt we track into the house and that's a plus I hadn't thought about. I also appreciated their level of communication. That is rare these days. Jonathan provides that and monitors the whole process from beginning to end. I highly recommend Premier Buiders.
