Description of Work: Had them tint my windows in my new Honda Fit, as well as install an auto-dimming rear view mirror. They were very responsive to my initial inquiries (unlike some other places I contacted) and explained all the options to me. There was a minor hiccup because I was planning to get the tint and install done the next day, but they had to order the mirror and UPS didn't deliver it in time. They were very apologetic even though it was beyond their control. I got the tint done on Friday and the mirror on Monday. I'm planning to take my wife's car there to get the windows tinted as well; it is amazing what a difference it makes with heat and glare.

+ -1 moreThey replaced the antenna for the satellite radio. They were nice and helpful. It works but it drops out quite a bit. I talked to another installer and they told me an antenna on the roof works much better than one inside the car. The other guy the inside was just fine but I don't think it is true. I don't think the inside works the best.

+ -1 morePCA installed tint on my car in March 2011. My rear window became blurry about a year ago and over the last few months my tint on the driver and passenger side front windows started to peel off. I stopped by PCA, showed the manager my car and was told that the issue would be fixed as the tint was still under warranty. I dropped my car off the following week at 10AM and again addressed the issue with Chris who confirmed the issue would be fixed. I said I would be back in 6 hours and upon my return learned that they have yet to start on the vehicle but it should be ready "In an hour give or take". Two hours later I was told that my vehicle was ready. As I was signing out I was informed that only the front two windows were repaired as the rear window was "just a little blurry". The manager offered to fix the window if I left the car overnight, but I had enough. Poor quality tint that will fail in the long run combined with poor management that will waste your time.
Description of Work: Poor tint and management that will waste your time to avoid warranty work.

+ 1 moreHe was very good. I had a problem and PCA took the car right back and straightened it out. He does a great job. Pricing is very, very good.
Description of Work: PCA installed a new window motor as well as window tinting. He also installed an alarm system. And he repaired the door locks.
