+ -1 moreThe service provided was poor. He contacted me unsolicited from a website I was accessing that I did not complete but he acted on it anyway. He called and set up a time to come out and when they did they had no business cards or any paper work or proper forms to set up a proper est. He then made a promise to get part within a next bus day but failed to do that and did not contact me on the situation, I had to personally follow up with him after thanksgiving to check in. He kept pushing off the responsibility to inform me on the exp date and the work. After some what scolding him about the work and pushing the service along he then said he did not work on certain times which he did not provide me with that info before. After all of this he finally followed up after I had been waiting on this part that I needed along with the service, I ended up having to cancel the work and personally drive to his residence to get the part myself. The whole process has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I would never use this service provider again and would be happy to tell anyone else to do the same.
Description of Work: I hired this provider to evaluate a pool panel switch and to replace if necessary.

Description of Work: I called them yesterday afternoon and they have already been out and fixed what I needed them to. While they were here they installed a phone in our bedroom. They were great. They couldnt have been more helpful. They are there early in the morning and that is great.
