Kevin responded to my Angie's List request almost immediately, and we scheduled a consultation time within the next two days. We changed our my mind and wanted two gates, and they kindly accommodated us. Jose installed the gate the next day. Both Kevin and Jose were knowledge, kind, and professional. Everything about this service was exceptional - look no further.

Everything about this installation went well, from beginning to end. Our installer was Jose and he was great! He was very professional, courteous, friendly, and most importantly, he installed the fence beautifully! My husband was skeptical about the quality of the product since the price was so reasonable, but he was very pleasantly surprised when Jose showed him the fencing before installing it. After it was installed, it was even better! I would definitely recommend this company!

Received a quote over a year ago. They still honored the quote and did a great job on the installation. Very thorough and the fence/gate looks very nice. Easy to work with and explained how everything works. Also took time to explain different options to me. Would use them again.

Mitch was very knowledgeable with his product. We were very surprised to find out that there several grades mesh materials and one of the reasons why we hired Pool Guard. Our installer Jose has a great personality and we are very happy with the job he did. I would recommend the company to anyone and ask for Jose.

Great customer service & I am sure has an outstanding product. However, his measurements were higher and overall price was much higher for the same fence installation than through Sure Guard Pool Fence.

I called Kevin (The owner) first thing on Firday morning 1/20/12. Bu 11:30 AM, one of his installers was here to start the job. The complete process took 2 hours. He quoted a price on the phone and the final price was the same, less $25.00 for a senior discount. Very responsive, excellent work, fair price.

We had recently purchased our home and needed to replace a good portion of the pool fence damaged while the house was vacant. Kevin came out to give us the estimate and because the mesh and fence was so old, we decided to replace the entire fence. He also suggesting re-screening the gate frame, which saved us a lot of money. He worked within our time frame for installation. The fence looks great and we would certainly recommend them.

kevin was quick to provide estimate - the fence was installed quickly once we decided on pool guard - jose the installer spent time going over where we wanted the fence installed around the pool - once installation was completed, he took time making sure my wife was able to undo latches and move sections of the fence - i have already recommended them to others

Kevin came in and scoped out the work. He did it in a very professional manner. I had told him that I did not want the self enclosing gate. He did not try to push or upsell at all. The installer was courteous and very professional. Will surely recommend them to my friends.

The company came out right away, measured and showed me how the fence worked. They were very flexible with our schedule and got the fence up right away. Jose, who installed the fence was very thorough in explaining how the fence worked and how to properly remove it and put it back. They were very professional and the service was excellent.

The workers came to our house on 8/16/10 to provide an estimate and on 8/17/10 another worker came to install the fence. They were very professional, friendly, and thorough from start to finish.

Kevin Post came out to my home on the 16th to provide an estimate, and on the 17th Jose Rosa came out to install the child proof fencing around our pool. The service rendered was excellent! Jose performed the job and he was great! I had about 52 ft of fence installed with 2 self closing gates so the pool and grilling area are easily accessible. Jose made sure the project looked perfect and took the time to explain all the details of fence and gate operation when he was done. Just a fantastic experience and the fence looks wonderful...better than I had expected.

They stuck to the price that they quoted us. They came out when they said they would come out. They were out the day to do it and were gone within a couple of hours. It was quick and easy. They were the same price as anybody else, but they had a recommendation. Thus, we went with them.

I contacted three companies, all found on Angie's List. Pool Guard was the most professional, the most helpful and the price was comparable. They clearly spelled out how they charge and discussed options for design and color. The install man, Jose, arrived on time, was very courteous and helpful in laying out where we wanted the fencing to go. He listened, understood and worked with us to meet our layout needs. He did the job well and we are very happy with our fence. He even responded positively when we changed part of the layout in the middle of the job. We have our fence, it looks good, the price was reasonable and he cleaned up after the job.

Wow! My Pool Guard fence is beautiful! Kevin came out the day I called and gave a free estimate, he was a gentleman and explained all of my options very clearly. We decided to go with the upgraded fence that matched the color of our screen porch frame and larger mesh size for better transparency. We also went with the auto-close gate. Jose came and installed the fence and it only took about two hours, he was so polite and kept everything very clean. From the estimate to the install you can tell this is a first class company with a first class product. Not to mention I am now comfortable with the safety of my 9 month old little boy and his new found love of exploration.
