Very unprofessional! Twice I've scheduled these guys out to service our set and twice they just show up without notice. This last time I specifically was directed to call this past Saturday as they were scheduled to arrive on Monday so that I could get a time of arrival. I was told between 2 - 4pm and took time off my job to be here by 1:40 and they had already come and gone. Work was done but wanted to be here to ensure it was done properly, plus I had questions about the ongoing servicing of the unit. I don't recommend these folks to anyone who is needing service on their set as they are unprofessional and don't hold up to their word when asked for scheduled appointments. Just come and go as they please. Very unprofessional!!!!!
Description of Work: Requested replacement of wood that was broken and total once over on all hardware to ensure it was tightened down and in good working order.

Hard to find the first time, as this business is well hidden. Lou helped me choose a play set for my grandsons. He was very pleasant & answered all my questions. This was on a Tuesday & I wanted the play set by that Friday! He arranged it &, mind you, he did just what he said he'd do (a rarity in this day & age). The guys delivered it on Friday afternoon & set it up. They even made sure that the slide was positioned in the shade so no little bottoms would get scorched. The little ones love it & I'm a very happy customer.
Description of Work: Delivered & installed a large wood play set in my yard.
