! I did my due diligence and had five moving companies give me estimates to move from central Florida To Mountain City Tennessee. I quickly realized that consumers are at the mercy of the unscrupulous movers. An industry where misinformation, deception and down right dishonesty is all too common. Platinum representative Kris Chavez came to my home and was polite, knowledgeable and most importantly reassuring. He looked over what we had to move and estimated the weight to be 14,000 lbs. (final actual weight 13,800). I explained to Kris my reluctance to sign with a moving company. Instead of defending the moving industry he said that I was right and he understood how I felt. I decided to sign with Platinum Relocations in early October. I contacted Kris numerous times prior to my actual move to ask questions, to clarify contents of the estimate and for reassurance that they would treat me fairly. Each time Kris was always polite, understanding and again, reassuring. On the day of the move, movers showed up on time and loaded quickly. They arrived as promised with all our belongings and actually lowered my quoted price due to the lower weight. The team that unloaded was the best. Hard workers, careful and polite. I would recommend Platinum Relocations to my friends and family. They treated me right and did't try to take advantage. I have authorized Platinum to give my phone number to anyone trying to decide on a moving company. Platinum Relocations did right by me!

They did not send a crew that knew what they were doing So every wooden piece of furniture was scratched or broken. Nothing was padded. She had an antique french lamp that I pointed out to the president of the company that I was concerned about. They promised they would take extra special care of that. They stuck that down in a box with a lamp shade on top of it. It arrived in 100 pieces. It was a $2000 lamp. We had about $3000 in total damage. We did not take out extra insurance because the president of the company ensured us that they would take extra care of her stuff. They ended up only paying $320 for the damages. She also had 2 boxes that didn't show up. They told me that they would not even address that. They informed me that they fired the crew but they refused to stand behind their integrity. They promised me that they would make it right. We were charged for boxes we didn't use. None of the boxes were labeled so they didn't know what showed up. They were also late showing up.

Bad- didn't move all furniture upstairs, broke mirrors and furniture, charged double the quote. Sent a rude man to review damages and sent a only $20.00 check. Won't call me back.

Awesome!! They sent two separate trucks to both locations and both showed up on time despite a road closure. The two separate teams actually ended up at the final destination at the same time. Awesome planning on their part. Not a single item was damage nor were there any scuff marks on any walls. Everyone from Matt and Samantha in the office to Calvin (the estimator) to both crews: everyone was punctual, professional, courteous, caring, and respectful of our belongings. I have already hired them again so there would be no question whether I would use their services again. I am downsizing to a smaller home and I would trust NO ONE other than Platinum Relocation to move me on May 5th. Expect to hear another great review soon!

Staff was prompt, courtesy and professional. A staff of 7 crew members performed moving services to 2 locations and were very organized and meticulous in their work. I highly recommend this company!

The crew unloaded the truck with the same diligence as they loaded, made sure everything was pit in place and not damaged all around a professional and pleasant experience, would recommend them to all reasonable price and great service

Having recently had a bad experience with a local mover, I was a little hesitant to look for another. A quick internet search identified Platinum Relocations. I read the on-line reviews and took a quick look at the website and decided to ask for a quote. Making a long story short, the quote was much lower than I expected and we scheduled the move. Samantha was the coordinator and extremely helpful in getting the move scheduled. Follow-up before the move day was excellent. Justin and Eddy were the team that arrived - a little late, but they called well in advance to advise traffic was bad. These two gentlemen were well dressed, polite, professional and got right to work. All items were wrapped for protection and both of these gentlemen kept me well informed during the entire load and unloading process. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend Platinum Relocations for your move. Justin and Eddy are a shining example of great customer service and a credit to their organization.

This provider sent out a representative who inspected the items to be shipped from a storage unit in Florida to the new owner's residence in Oklahoma. An estimate was then provided on the move and once the estimate was accepted shipping dates were selected. The mover arrived at the storage unit about 45 minutes late due to confusion on the address but the driver called and the confusion was cleared up quickly. The truck needed to move the items and car was a large tractor trailer and the driver very skillfully backed the truck up to the storage unit avoiding many overhead wires. The driver and his two helpers worked together to inventory, wrap and load the items onto the truck. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Once the storage unit was emptied, they pushed the 1914 model A to a parking area that allowed for easier access. A tow truck was brought in to load the car onto the trailer and the car was secured in the truck. The driver delivered the contents in perfect condition on the day and time specified by the company. I would definitely use this company again! Especially for complicated moves!!

Everything went smoothly. It was absolutely the best move I've had and I have moved all over the country. \The three men - Luis, Mike and Juan - were frinedly, professional and efficient. I would recommend their services to anyone anticipated a move.

I had an excellent experience using Platinum Relocations for my recent move. The movers were professional, respectful of my furniture and belongings, and worked hard to get the job done in the shortest amount of time possible. I felt that they went above and beyond to care for my things while loading and unloading them off of the truck, and were very careful inside of my home as well while physically moving the items. It was a rainy day outside, but that didnt slow them down at all. Their supervisor, Jamie, was very professional and stayed on top of things the entire time. I would use this company again and would refer my friends and family to them for any of their moving needs as well.
