Description of Work: Roger is fantastic. He services my pool every week and takes the time to increase my knowledge and education to better understand the process of what he does. Over 7 years time, everyone I have met with this company has been trustworthy, responsive, and absolutely wonderful. I live in San Francisco a couple months out of the year but he services my pool for the home in Florida. It is so comforting to have found a company that really has my back even when I'm 3,000 miles away. This is the second review I've left on their outstanding work. I highly recommend them, especially if you live out of town. Roger, my pool service provider, always watches that my cat doesn't get out. To sum it up, they all really care!

 + -1 moreI brought a sample in to be tested, they tested it. They gave me a full detailed report of my chemical levels, then recommended the chemicals needed to balance the pool. I used their recommendations and within a few days I had a beautiful clear pool.

 + -1 moreI had a piece of equipment replaced, and then it wasn't working very well, so they sent their best technician over, and he figured out how to make the spa and the pool and the motor run effectively. It was very good. They did not charge me for his diagnostics or for fixing the problem but charged me just for the parts that I had to buy, which was more than fair. The technician was excellent and really knew what he was doing. I was really happy with the whole situation. I could have ended up with something that did not work as well as it had before, but they got it working better. I have used them for years and would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Pinch a Penny Pool and Spa to check on a piece of equipment that wasn't working well.

 + -1 moreI am very pleased. The fact that service provision can be changed, increased, decreased or stopped as needed with out penalty as our needs change is yet another plus when working with the Pinch-Penny Team.
Description of Work: For 25- 30 years store on Enterprise Road has been the primary resource for pool maintance supplies, equipment & water testing /problem solving /advice. On site assist has been provided when necessary. I have been to the store with my father on may prolonged visits to FL from CA. & staff are always ready to help carry supplies to the car with out asking. Due to a family emergency I have had contract for on site monthly cleaning, maintaince services . Although I have not personally seen the results of the technicians work to get rid of multiple issues that occured during long medical care of my father, neighbors report the pool looks good. My Dad was able to go home for a visit and said the same. I have been very impressed with the level of telephone communication between the on site service man and myself. Assessments are done each week and recommendations made, and discussed prior to implementation with complete disclosue Of costs for additional materials. We have been appraised of changes to the pump timer affecting electrical consumption, access / security to and part replacements for optimal equipment performance. I chose the mid range service because so much had to be done to correct algae issues without pressure spend more. Communication between the field /office and myself has been quick and efficient. I am most appreciative of how easy this process has been, the honesty and integrity inherent in Pinch- a- Penny's approach to service in the store and on site.

 + -1 moreTheir prices seem reasonable to me. They are very good. We've had motors repaired there. Their service is always good and they know what they are talking about. They are very dependable. They have a repair shop there and everything that's why I use them.

 + -1 moreThey are excellent. I had used another Pinch A Penny that I was not happy with. This Pinch A Penny on Norcliff has been doing a good job for me. They are friendly and the atmosphere is nice. They are very quick and the product is fine.
