PGT AMERICAN CABINETS

We selected a KraftMaid vanity and wall cabinet which Gary, the owner, designed to work in our remodeled bathroom, reflecting the 1920s character of our home. I spent about an hour in the Tampa showroom, working with Gary, to get the design right. He was consistently timely in getting back to us with quotes and answers to our questions. He and his installer worked with us as we coordinated installation with our general contractor; we couldn't accept delivery and installation until about a week after the date we'd agreed to so we appreciated them holding onto the cabinetry. The installation went very smoothly; the installer was efficient and professional.

On the positive side, the owner was very helpful with respect to selection of our new cabinets, and the installation crew that worked for him was top notch. Unfortunately, other things didn't go as well. It took them 3 successive orders and deliveries to get all the correct color pieces delivered, so a 4-6 week kitchen renovation turned into a 3 month project (and nobody checked to see they had the right materials before they showed up to install). Also their demolition and wallboard sub did such a poor job on the wallboard repair after removing the old cabinets and the old tile backsplash that our very experienced tile contractor struggled to get the new tile installed properly.

Amazing. The product is "solid" and looks great. The countertops are beautiful and so glad we opted for quartz. Gary was on time every time, very professional and knows what he is doing He gave us guidance on what would maximize our space and the installers for both the cabinets and counters did a fantastic job. They were professional, prompt and very friendly. We could not be happier with our project and for sure will use PGT again.

Gary & Rosie are a pleasure to work with. Gary has years of experience and knows his product. PGT primarily works with contractors but DIYers are always welcome. Gary can get all Kraftmaid cabinet lines and can beat the "big box" retailers best sales any day of the week. I'm planning another job soon and PGT is my go-to place for cabinets.

Gary and Rosie were great to work with. Customer service was top notch. Gary has been in the business for years and has an intuitive knowledge of his product. PGT caters to contractors but DIYers are also welcome and would feel very comfortable working with them. I plan to use them again in the near future. By the way, did I mention that the can routinely beat the prices of big box stores by 10% or more?

Gary was very responsive to our questions and we couldn't be happier with the results. Due to other repairs, PGT had to work around our schedule of other contractors performing repair and installation work, and they were always on the agreed upon date/time. His crew took great care in installing the cabinets and the work was top notch. We would highly recommend PGT.

We bought Kraftmaid cabinets from them. Believe they carry some other lines but do not know which. They provided computer renderings of what the cabinets would look like installed. Cabinets came in earlier than promised. Since it was a small job we picked up the cabinets in our van. This is the 3rd time we've used PGT. First job was cabinets for our master bath remodel and the others were for our 2nd and 3rd bathrooms. The owners were always pleasant and helpful. A damaged door on the first job was replaced quickly. Simply emailed a photo of that door and they ordered the replacement.

Our kitchen remodel came out really well. PGT helped us get the best quality cabinets that were within our budget. The sub-contractors that did everything from demo to installation did a great job and were easy to work with. I would use PGT for future renovations without hesitation.

Provided professional insights in the remodeling of our condominium. Was able to provide various combinations of cabinetry prior to making final production decision. Once we made a decision on the cabinetry a schedule was established for delivery & installation. Because demolition was taking place at various times during the project PGT were able to working within our schedule to complete the project in a timely manner. All the persons with PGT were extremely professional at all times & were able to make very good decisions on site which required some expert knowledge of changing installation of cabinetry on the fly. A job well done. I would recommend their service to any & all persons I know.

In a word, perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Excellent performance. Job went very well from design to and through installation. A couple of examples, the cabinet installer (Jamie) did a superb job of cabinet installation with straight lines and all cabinet faces lining up. Doors and drawers are all in alignment and the installation of molding and trim pieces is seamless. The second example is the quartz counter tops. The individual who measured and made templates spent one whole morning doing that job. He measured and remeasured making sure he was accurate. His attention to detail resulted in counter tops that fit perfectly when installed. There were no mistakes no emergency repairs no ill fitting pieces. Just beautiful tops.

This company offered me a good selection of cabinets. The salesman didn't pressure me in to buying what I didn't want. The installation of the cabinets went very smoothly. The installers cleaned up the debris.

No one called.

They didn't finish the job in a timely manor.

PGT did all the design and gave us a computer picture, so we could see what the project would look like when completed, which was very helpful. Project started on time, and PGT worked with us all the way until completed. Price was very reasonable. We were very pleased with the materials used, and the workmanship of the PGT people.
