Wanted a one time pest control treatment - I was having a problem with small spiders and roaches. They did have to come out a total of three times until I finally didn't see anymore bugs...but each time they came back out without question and re- treated. Finally on the third visit they had realized that they had not treated the attic. Once they did this I have not seen anymore spiders or roaches so far. They were punctual and professional, and like I said they came right back out without question when I wasnt satisfied. But it was kind of an inconvenience to have to have them come out 3 times. Therefore I did not extend to a one year guaranteed service contract with them. I thought their price for this was a little high and would like to shop around first. So for the price I guess it worked out ok....but would probably try someone else in the future.

Came out to fix an ant problem we had. They showed up on time and we very professional. A week later we still had some ants around the house. We called and they came back out and no charge. We are now any free and are very happy with the service. Great service and price!

I took advantage of your ad for Pest Eliminators for a $65 termite inspection. Fortunately, I don't have them. When Kyle was here I asked him about the rodent problem I have in the crawl space. He explained how he can plug up the holes the rats/mice get into and then set 7 traps in my crawl space. Further, he would come out once a week or sooner if necessary and check the traps and remove any dead rodents. In just a few days, I had some stinkers and Kyle came right out and removed them and reset the traps. He will come once a week until there are no more and it is guaranteed for a year. I was very pleased with the service and very happy to get rid of Mickey and the gang in my crawl space.

They have two more visits to make...I will inquire as to regular pricing instead of my current company.

It was good for a one time treatment, but he is too expensive for regular service. I think he could have done a better job.

Excellent service and communication! I'm always so impressed when service providers wear "booties" and since it had just finished pouring rain, I was especially appreciative of this gesture. Very thorough interior pest control and "sweeping" of outside of house. There was a HUGE wasps nest on outside of patio screen that was destroyed and cleaned up. very professional and thorough service. Did not try to "sell" annual plan but did explain the plan to me. We will likely be signing up for the annual plan since it is a good deal and we were impressed with the work.

Professional and friendly. Arrived on time. Treated in walls, attic, and outside. No hard sell to get an ongoing contract. Did not get a quote from a Sales guy and have to wait for Technician to treat. Gave advice freely and was knowledgeable. Were done in reasonable time. All around good experience. -- I waited 1 month to verify that the treatment was effective. Have not had a recurrence. I plan to use them in the future.

We had a major bug problem when we moved into our new house, between roaches and spiders and ants and more, there were critters everywhere, inside and out. We jumped at the "Big Deal" from Angie's List and when Kyle came out, he was SO thorough, going above and beyond inside and out, plus he's a great, funny guy that answered any and all questions we had as he worked. Within 24 hours of him leaving, there were dead bugs EVERYwhere, which is actually a good thing since they aren't crawling around anymore, plus the stuff he uses is still safe for our dogs. We signed up for the yearly service without hesitation which includes an amazing guarantee of him coming back out at the first sign of trouble. After all the raining and flooding we've had over the last few weeks, the bugs were starting to come back quicker than usual, so even though our next scheduled appointment was several weeks away, Kyle was here within 24 hours for a no-charge follow-up and is still coming back on his regularly-scheduled appointment in another month or so. Again, I can't recommend him highly enough and will continue using the service as long as we live in the area, thanks!

The company is very professional and accommodating. Had openings right away (both times I called). As mentioned above, I originally called do to the fact we just started having an ant problem in our master bath. We have not had any bug problems in the 4 years we have lived here. While I am fully aware that when spraying for bugs there is a possibility to stir up a "hornets nest," I had to call them back out within 4 days due to over a 100% increase of the ants in the bathroom. Then next thing I know, I have a new "ant" problem on the other sider of the house in a child's bedroom and bathroom and it is a different type of ant. Wondering if that is what I get for using a coupon.

Applied for the service through Angie's List. Got a call back the same day to arrange service. It ended up I had to change the date. They were very accomodating. Technician arrived on time. Put covers on his shoes, which I appreciated. He looked around the house and explained what he was going to do. As products used are environmentally and pet friendly, we (the cats and I) followed the tech around the house and watched. He was neat and professional throughout. I ended up signing up for a full year of service. The technician did not try to sell me this service. He just mentioned it.

So far so good. Haven't seen any more spiders on the Lania.

We were contacted to set up an appointment. The tech arrived within the agreed timeframe and treated the house in a professional manner. He was courteous and explained everything that he did. A week later we were still beset with ants and they came out again and retreated. These ants are not easy to control so I was not surprised that we still had them.

They did a great job, very professional and answered all of our questions.

I bought a new home and found out that roaches had moved in (the big kind). I had them come out asap and perform their normal services with special focus on eliminating the roaches. They did something outside, but then came through the house with a type of glue that they put in the cabinets. They also used a dust in the attic, behind wall plates, and a few other areas. The guy that came by really knew his stuff, and knew where to find the bugs. He had a pocket full of dead roaches that he found in the course of identifying where they were living. Before the pest eliminators came I could walk the house with a flash-light from room to room finding new bugs that came out of the woodwork (literally) and I would blast them with a can of Raid spray. After they came it's a much more rare site, and often they are already dead by the time we find them. A massive improvement, but they aren't gone completely. I would recommend them again, and I will have them out again as part of regular service.

Everything went very well. The technician was prompt and very courteous. He was extremely thorough and also covered his shoes when he was in the house. We would certainly recommend Pest Eliminators to our friends and family.

Great service. No, longer have pest. They are very thorough and they go to the extreme that you will not have any bugs in your home.

We are going to sign up for a yearly contract as well as treatment. We called them yesterday and they came out today.

It went perfectly and we were very pleased with the service. I had an Angie's List coupon. Their estimate for regular service was pretty steep so I doubt I would use them again.

He very nice. He got the rat. He was very clean and efficient. He sealed up all the holes where another rat could come in. He was pleasant and on time. He worked really hard.

I was impressed with what they told me. I think they did a good job. I did have a pest problem before they came, but it seems that they did a thorough job of taking care of this. I am curious to see how the results are reflected long term.
