+ -1 moreThe job was done efficiently, and the tech was very knowledgeable. He took his time explaining what he was doing and emphasized that all products used was harmless to pets and individuals. He also informed me that should any problems arise, simply call the company, and they would dispatch a tech to resolve the issue. The professionalism was very impressive.
Description of Work: The company sprayed the interiors and exteriors of my home and explained all procedures and elements used to perform the job. The techs were professional and very personable while accommodating my needs. I signed a year contract and just recently renewed. Very pleased with Pest Eliminators.

+ -1 moreEverything went very well. We had to reschedule due to a last minute change in our own schedule, and the company was very accommodating. They arrived promptly, explained everything they would do, did it, and cleaned up and left -- no hard sell for anything more than what we asked for, which was appreciated. We haven't had any serious issues with pests since then, so I can only assume the pest control treatment helped.
Description of Work: We received a one-time pest control service, interior and exterior using products that would not bother our family or pets.

+ -1 moreThey were on time, nice, and treat every 3 months outside. Once a year inside. I will stay with them. Good people. They treated inside and out thoroughly. Garanteed if I saw any bugs they would do it again. We are very pleased zero bugs!
Description of Work: Annual Pest Control was $200.00 for my house, 41 foot RV out back, and detached 2 car garage. Zero bugs, and most important to us is keeping out ants and spiders.

+ -1 moreIt went well, Don't worry about getting stuff out of the way, they worked around things more readily than I would have thought, and have seen it all.
Description of Work: We discovered evidence of drywood termites along a baseboard, yet had been told by a friend that the black pepper-like feces were mold, not termite scat. The stuff continued to appear, so I called Pest Eliminators because of the Angie's List special and write-ups. Kyle was prompt and very responsive, instuctive and patient. There was not any hard sell on his part, and I signed a contract for them to come do the work within a few days. I had been apprehensive that their method of drilling into every stud-to-stud gap of every wall, then injecting insecticide into the drilled hole, was going to be a messy and polluting process, leaving a house full of drywall dust and odor. I was wrong on both counts--the holes drilled into the wallboard were more akin to punctures and the insecticide was administered through rather small nozzles, rather than big tubes belching noxious fumes. The large, hot attic was done by direct spraying, I think, and the two men did the whole 1,900 sq. ft. house in a half day. The mess was minimal, the odor/fumes non-existent.

+ -1 moreWe saw Pest Eliminators one-time pest control as a special on Angie's List and decided to try them. They showed up on time and tried to rid our home of tiny little black ants. They were not successful the first time. I called back to get another service call lined up and spoke with Conrad who is the owner of the company. At first, his attitude was a bit frictional. However, he called back and apologized and said he was having a bad day and he would personally come out on the service call. He spent at least an hour spraying every conceivable area possible, including the outside. Unfortunately, the ants are back again but in his defense we have not called him back to tell him. I believe our ant problem is much greater than a $49 dollar special but I would recommend Pest Eliminators to my friends.
Description of Work: Tried to control an invasion of black ants inside the house.

+ -1 moreWhen I called Pest Eliminators I got voice mail so I left a message to have someone call me. I heard back from Conrad within an hour and he explained their services. Because of their quick response and excellent rating on Angie's List, not to mention their environmentally safe products, we decided to have the one year service done and an appointment was made for the following week. The gentleman who came to our home was very polite and professional and took his time doing everything they said they would do. I am extremely pleased with the service we received.
Description of Work: Treated our home for pest control. Removed a switch plate in each room or our home and applied environmentally safe chemicals behind the walls. They also treated the windows, baseboards, attic and perimeter of our home. All services are guaranteed for one year with four outside treatments included throughout the year.

Description of Work: My house was treated for termites in the walls and in the foundation. They did not tent the house. They drilled in between each stud at the ceiling and near the floor of every room. They warranted it for 10 years. The price was fair and they are treating my house now for other bugs on a regular basis

Well after Kyle came on the scene we were confident that we could stay in our home! Thank GOD! Kyle was very knowledgeable and I think those little bugs knew it! He inspected our house and made recommendations for all the issues he found. Kyle took the time to educate us on Florida?s bug life which was helpful for a couple of people who were use to a freeze taking care of bug issues! Pest Eliminators is our one and only choice for keeping our home safe from Florida?s bugs and wildlife! We are thankful to have found them before we got carried away by the ants! We highly recommend Pest Eliminators to our family and friends. They went above and beyond to make sure we understood the problems and truly took the time to make sure all was taking care of. The technician provided treatment inside the house first so my wife and the cocatoo,both sensitive to odors and sprays, could wait outside. The inside treatment of my 3,100 square foot house and attic took about an hour. When the inside treatment was finished, the technician swept the exterior walls to remove mud dauber nests and spider webs, then provided a spray treatment around the perimeter of the house to deter entry of insects from outside. The technician was cordial and professional, and asnwered all my questions on the treatment and its anticipated effective duration. We are very pleased with the results.

Description of Work: First time they came, it seems they stirred things up, and more roaches were present, two weeks later. I called the office and informed them of this, and they immediately sent over two gentlemen, who took their time and concentrated their efforts at the base of the problem. It worked!!!

+ -1 moreWe are very happy with them. They use natural organic products, which we like because we have cats inside and outside and our renters in the duplex have a child. They sprayed our yard and back deck which is wooded; they will also come out whenever necessary. They told us that if our renters see any insects, bugs or anything live, they will come out. They are very prompt and we haven't seen anything live, which we are very happy about.
Description of Work: We were primarily looking for a new exterminator for our duplex because we weren’t too happy with our previous provider. We decided we liked them so much we contracted with them for our home as well.
