+ -1 moreWE ORIGINALLY SUPPLIED PAINT. WE WERE THEN TOLD THAT IT WOULD NOT COVER IN ONE COAT. THAT THE PAINT THE PAINTER COULD GET WOULD. EVEN COMMENTED THAT IT COVERED RED IN ONE COAT. OUR COLOR WAS BLUE. SO WE PAID FOR PAINTER'S PAINT, WHICH DID NOT COVER IN ONE COAT EITHER. WE WERE TOLD THAT HE WOULD CAULK WHERE NEEDED. HE DID NOT, THEN CLAIMED HE NEVER SAID THAT. ORIGINAL QUOTE WAS FOR $3500.00. WE FELT THIS WAS OKAY, AS LONG AS THEY WERE CAULKING AND THE PAINT WOULD COVER. PAINTER REFUSED TO ADMIT POOR JUDGMENT AND WOULD NOT CAULK. WE DECIDED TO OMIT BACK FASCIA ON BACK OF HOUSE BECAUSE OF POOR WORK. WE OFFERED TO PAY HIM A PARTIAL HE WOULD NOT TAKE IT. WE FELT HIS COMMENTS WERE OFFENSIVE AND INSULTED THE VALUE OF OUR HOME.
Description of Work: PRESSURE WASHED FASCIA BOARDS AND SOFFITS. PAINTED FASCIA AND SOFFITS, ONE COAT OF TWO DIFFERENT COLORS. CAULKED CEILING OF FRONT PORCH. HAD TO APPLY TWO COATS TO CEILING.
