+ -1 morePCG was amazing. They charged 50% less than MIT computers, finished the job in a day, and provided me free technical assistance when I got home and didn't know how to set things up. I could not be more impressed.

+ -1 moreI dropped my computer off here and they had it for one month. Over the month, they did nothing. They didn't look at the computer but they did take it apart. I called several times and they would always tell me "one more day." I finally went and picked it up with them never fixing the problem.

Description of Work: I have been using this place for over 12 years. Most of my experiences have been positive but there have been a couple times where things did not go as expected. What I appreciate about PCG is if there is a problem they will take care of it. I had a used laptop that bought from them (granted I only paid around $200) but it had 2 problems in the first 90 days, both times they fixed it but then 6 months latter it died completely. I thought great since it only had a 90 day warranty I was stuck. But when I took it in the owner told me since I had multiple problems he was just going to replace it, I thought that was very cool thing to do. I decided not to go as inexpensive and gave me full credit towards one of the used Macs they had in stock. I am still undecided if I like Macs or PC's better, only time will tell, but sure wish they had right click on Macs (-:

+ -1 moreThe guys at PCG explained my options and the related costs and then delivered results as promised. I would definitely use them again. Also, if you don't need the latest bells and whistles, they have rebuilt computers for sale cheap!

+ 0 moreJust a repeat of above. GREAT SERVICE AT A FAIR AND REASONABLE PRICE. I have used them about 6 times and purchased two systems and it has always been a pleasure. They sell and service DELL and all other brands as well.
Description of Work: My computer was slow and acting up. I had tried all the things one will try at home to correct the problem, but to know avail. I took it to PCG and in a day my computer was back and working GREAT! I buy all my computers here. They set it up the way I want. There is never any problems. And the service is wonderful, fast and effective. When you buy a computer you can get a service plan that if a problem arises your computer is moved to the front of the line. Normal turn around is 5 to 7 days. But with the service agreement or an additional $100.00 rush fee the system is back in 24 hours or under. I own a business and the $100.00 rush fee, I feel is a great deal. This company does great work, is in a great location and charges a fair price. You can get the work done cheaper at other places if you look but good luck on the service. At PCG the service will be done correctly the first time and so fast it is almost amusing. I had a laptop repaired in 17 hours one time.
