Paul is a perfectionist and his work reflects itt. He doesn't hurry as he wants the job to be done correctly. He likes to say that if he puts his name on it, it's doen right and that is evidenced by the work he did in our home. He does an excellent job of cleaning up after a job. We plan to remodel an interior room in the near future and we will definitely use Paul for that. I highly recommend him for home repair and remodeling.

I called Paul and asked him how much he would charge me to replace my kitchen faucet. He quoted me $125.00 and it would take less than 1 hour. If he runs into any problems, it will be more. This was my first quote, but it sounds a little high to me.

In order to complete the work he had to remove, as much as necessary, the vinyl soffit under roof, wood trim, pool cage structure and aluminum posts. He then installed a temporary support to carry the load of the roof structure. He recommend a wood for the type of beam that was going to replaced. He purchased it and replaced the rotting beam and re-installed everything that was disconnected. He applied primer and painted the new beam to match the existing beams. He was very orderly, neat, and efficient. He was every mindful of trying not to leave nails and other trash on the deck and in my pool. His work solved my problem. He also made recommendations regarding other areas of the roof that could become issues in the future. I think he was sincere with what he was telling me and will take his recommendations under considerations. If I cannot complete the repairs myself, I will definitely call his company.

Paul was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Arrived on time, started work immediately and worked diligently throughout the day. Explained potential issues with pedestal sinks and how he would resolve them. Kept me informed through out the day on his progress and expected time he would complete the job. He is planning to return to complete the 3rd pedestal install as it couldn't be completed that day due to an issue with the sink and faucet (nothing to do with Paul). Definitely would hire him for other work in my home.

Everything went great. Unfortunately the completion date got pushed back a few days due to the weather. At first I was a little concerned, but Paul worked the project into his schedule, even working weekends as necessary. We were very pleased and have since hired Paul for a variety of repairs. First of all, I had an urgent need for the service and he actually travelled some distance and did the job on a Sunday!!! He was very professional, knowledgeable and hard working. He came prepared with the tools/supplies to do the job allowing for multiple possible solutions for my problem. He worked fast and intelligently and clearly sought the right long term solution for the curtain problem. He was very neat and detail oriented with measurements and brought my opinion in at the appropriate times.

Paul made an appointment to quote and repair a 2X2 hole in my bathroom ceiling. I had to wait for 2 1/2 weeks for the appt. He called me at 7:45 am the day of the 9 am appointment and said he was running behind in jobs and that he would not be able to fix the hole that day anyway, so he may as well just quote the job over the phone and quoted $600.00 for the repair. I asked him to send the quote by email and it never arrived. He also said he had to charge me for drive time back and forth. Now this is upsetting because I had prepared the area for this early appointment and he literally stood me up. Later the same day, I called someone else from the list and got a quote of $325.00 for the SAME repair (about 1/2 the price Paul charged). (ACE DRYWALL came over and repaired it beautifully, promptly and professionally.

i have a rental property. when the tenants moved out, they had put a lot of holes in the wall from hanging tv etc. the walls and ceilings are textured which i'm not a handyman. I called Paul who I have used in the past and he came out 2 days later and fixed the holes and textured the walls to match everything. I would definitely use paul again.

I am taking time off to come and meet them. I am not happy.

Paul was extremely professional. He was very busy but he managed to squeeze us in after our ceiling collapsed and we needed new drywall. He does all sorts of jobs. We will definitely be using him in the future.

My experience with him was very good.

My bathroom was a disaster. Having removed some old wallpaper that took the drywall layer with it there were many holes. I am talking a miniscule bathroom in a very old house. Paul had to remove the commode and vanity. He sanded the walls, removed the mold and mildew, repaired the drywall, primed and painted the walls. He then replaced the commode and vanity. Paul is a professional who loves his work and it shows. He takes pride in what he does and gives 110%. He was always on time. I waited two weeks to get on his schedule but it was worth every minute. I love my new bathroom. You could not go wrong with Paul. I would recommed him highly. He is super.

I contacted Paul on a Thursday, he called back on Friday. I told him what the problem was and what I thought it would take to fix. he said he would be able to help, he checked his calendar and asked if I would be available on Monday (Memorial day). I told him if he didn't mind working I didn't mind being here. His answer says a lot "I am a business man, this is business". We agreed on a time for him to be here on Monday. Monday 40 minutes before the scheduled time I got a text from him verifying the appointment. He arrived on time and began the work. It took approximately 2 1/2 hours to finish. When he was done and I inspected the work I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the repair perfect but there was NO mess. This is the first time I have used a drywall guy for anything so I don't know if the price was competitive or not, but I am satisfied that the work was done quickly and correctly. I highly recommend Paul to anyone who needs work done.

My entire experience with Paul was great. When he came out for the (free!) estimate, he gave me a quote that was certainly less than I imagined. He also forewarned me that since we could not see all of what was causing the problem, it was possible that the estimate may change as he digs in. It was good to know that in advance, so I was more prepared when we realized the cause was not my gutters. It was a roof leak (gasp). I was nervous that the roof leak was going to drive the price up by double, and to my surprise, it only increased it by about 30%. Enough about the price though - I guess you can see that I was happy with it. The quality of the work was superb as well. The entire rebuild + painting looks like there was never a problem in the first place! And Paul cleaned up after himself as well. I'm completely pleased with the price, quality, and duration of the project. Not to mention that Paul was completely professional, honest, and definitely knows his stuff. I will definitely use Paul again in the future!

Paul was very professional. He cares about his work and it shows. He even took the time to give me some tips on how do some of the repairs in the future. He even found a leak behind my toilet in the wall and repaired it! The drywall work for the fan was a challenge. We were having to shrink a hole from a removed can light so it would not be visible when the fan was hung. Paul cut a smaller hole in a piece of drywall and transplanted it into the ceiling. After we realized it would take an extra sanding and mudding for it to be complete, Paul came back at a later date to make sure it was just right. He stands by his work and would never want to leave anything partially done.

Paul is a true craftsman. He is professional and very thorough. I would definitely use him in the future.His pricing is fair and competitive. I highly recommend Paul"s company.

Paul did have a little bit of trouble finding the studs on the bathroom wall since the stud detector kept beeping every time it detected any object on the other side of the wall incl. copper pipes, metal conduit, wood, etc). In the end, he was able to secure the handlebars to just enough studs where it would be secure and tight. We are happy with the job he has done and would recommend him.

I called Paul to get an estimate on doing some renovation work on my kitchen. He came out to look and the job within a day or so. I never heard back from him. However, after reading my first review on Angie's list, Paul called me immediately to find out where the disconnect was and apologized. He did indeed send out and estimate to my email, but I never got it because the email address he had was incorrect. He offered to make it up to me if I needed any work done in the future.

Very nice and professional. Paul's schedule is very full but he was transparent about his availability from the beginning and we opted to wait a month or so to have him perform the work.

Had a lot of difficulty finding someone to actually follow through with examining problems and providing estimates before having house painted. Not so with Paul. Paul is professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Fully discussed planned work and options, found most appropriate siding for repairs and performed, directed and supervised entire project.Paul and his workers were careful about set up, work and clean up. The finished work looked excellent.

He was pretty good. He were steadily working the entire time they were here. He was ugly to his assistant and kept putting him down. I didn't think that was very professional.

It was a good experience, Paul reviewed the project and sent me a proposal. He gave me a time frame of three days and the project was started and completed as promised. Very pleased, I have already scheduled the next repair.

Paul came over and took measurements for the window on February 26th. Most of the wood on the window (top and bottom) was rotted as was the ledge. The entire window was removed, plastic and plywood put up to cover the open hole, and a new window was rebuilt. Paul came back in four days and installed the newly built window at which time he built and installed a new window sill.
