+ -1 morePatti was amazing. I bought my first home in 2008 and it was a disaster, from my real estate agent to my loan officer to my lawyer. This time around in 2013, I really interviewed my real estate agent and through my research I found Patti. Patti was excellent from the first day we contacted her to the say we sold. She made sure that we were well informed, put us in contact with the right people, provided us with accurate information and always gave us reliable options. She has such a strong experience base in real estate, if she didn't have the answer (which most of the time she did), she knew where to get it. She got to know us and she ended up finding us the community where we ended up buying our home. She even took us to see the home we ended up buying on a holiday (labor day). She helped in every aspect and stayed in regular contact with us to keep us apprised of all on-going activities. She was in regular contact with the seller's real estate agent, the title company, and my loan officer to make sure that everyone was moving forward and keeping to timelines. Overall Patti was amazing and made sure everything went smoothly as possible. I would recommend Patti to anyone looking to buy a home that wants a reliable, responsible and knowledgable real estate agent.
