Description of Work: The Real Estate agency above approved my application for the rental of a home . My application was approved the same day I applied 09/09/2013 ... I offered to take the required monies to the agency the next day, for the application and security deposit . I was told by the realtor "Allie Stout-Fille," I could do it the next Monday 09/16/2013. at the property . I kept in contact with her throughout the week via e-mails and phone calls, in which she maybe responded to one and I had to continue leaving messages. When I called her on the 16th to confirm our meeting, I was told she rented the property to someone else. I was in shock !!! As she didn't even tell me this or contact me. I was promised and approved for the home. I was in the process of preparing to move . Now I have to find a place to live by months end and I'm behind a week in finding a property. A. I want no one to have to go through this, and I have never reported any business in my life. I am a 58 professional man and this is unacceptable ...
