This company is like the domino effect. They "fix" one thing and another ***** the bed. Warranty? Guess what, not labor. Let's out all that aside, nearly I'm pretty sure more- I had the lady I called send me every single invoice and 17 of them were service related calla for my 4 year old Reem unit they installed. The installation looks like **** outside, they zip tied my 8k unit outside to stop it from screeching..seriously. I called a manager today and he told me, usually you should of called prior to us installing 6k worth of duct work. I was baffled, I was advised if this **** wasn't fixed I'm going to blow my whole unit. He also told me he doubts anything can be done. I could write a list of maintenence issues and mistakes, money pit and I promise you every tech says something different. Come for a check up and there is an issue. Every 6 to 9 months. Just dropped 6k for one guy to come in and say the wholeeeeee time that was the issue. The manger was totally unsympathetic & told me scotts was bought out 2 years ago so my attorney could not do much of anything. This is seriously how they operate. 16k in the hole with in 4 years. Between missing work, the money & the stress I can't get that back. Avoid this company 100%. At all costs, don't get screwed. Avoid this company

Adam was great. Very polite and knowledgeable. Explained everything to me clearly and with pictures to help understand. Would definitely use them again.

Stay away from this company, A/C unit and house is less than 2 years old and they came out to unclog and the drain line, Technician Chris charged me $236 to do so (Very expensive in my opinion) and also "Recommended" over $2000 worth of "Preventive" Maintenance. NOT NEEDED FOR A NEW UNIT!!! Take your money somewhere else, save yourself a headache and go with a company where you can get an honest opinion. No Good!

Antonio was prompt, efficient and very friendly! We relayed the issues we were having with our AC system to him and he gave us several options. He explained the process thoroughly. He went above and beyond to even clean our blower/fan as well. Was a great experience and would recommend One Hour to others. Thank you!

We were very pleased with the attention to detail our service tech showed our unit. He inspected everything, ensuring it was running correctly and then filled us in on the details. We are extremely happy with One Hour Air and have been customers for over 5 years.

PRICE GOUGERS! Charged me almost $350 for a part that costed $25 through the manufacturer and other ac companies quoted me $69. LIARS! I asked if they did warranty work, they said yes. When the technician arrived, he said I would have to contact the manufacturer to get reimbursed, which is a lie because when I called the manufacturer the next day, I was told that they can only give me $25 for the $350 that one hour air charged me. Manufacturer said One Hour Air shouldn't have charged me for the part and that they could've gotten the part from them directly. SCAMMERS! They know they screwed up because the unit broke a couple hours after they 'fixed' it and when I asked multiple times for a manager to call, no one reached out. Sounds like a scam? UNPROFESSIONAL! When the technician showed up the next day to try to fix the problem. I asked for him to have a manager contact me since they've done nothing but dodge my contact request. Not only did he started getting mouthy and argumentative, he claimed that there's absolutely nothing wrong with the unit even though the house was still blowing warm air. Well, who am I to argue? I guess I'll call another AC company to fix the problem then.

Did not clean entire line nor tray, just apparently flushed bottom. Left rust floc that would certainly foul again. Charged $233 to just clean a PVC drain line. Did not check to see if system was working before leaving (which it wasn't). They did have time to try to sell my wife on a new unit. Poor value. Low average quality. Very prompt service though...

It went terribly. I was provided with a quote and then asked if I had to wait for my husband to make a decision. I said no, I don't have a husband and I make all the decisions. I was told by the contractor that he was sorry that I had man problems. I asked him to leave my home, and instead of leaving immediately, he stayed in my home to complete his paperwork. Sexism never belongs in the relationship between a woman and a contractor. I used them extensively in the past, without issues, but that was when I had a boyfriend helping with a remodel project.

They were pretty good. I used them for 6 years with no issues before I moved. The people they use are very friendly and try to educate you on everything they are doing.

The workers are courteous and professional. There isn't a lot to clean up, but they usually leave the area clean.

BEWARE of this company and their price gouging!!!

I have had a horrible experience with Scott’s One Hour. I think he tried to sell me things I do not need and overcharged me for the things he put in. I was in a dispute. They signed me up for a contract that I told them I did not want. I was being charged. It turned out it was another company in California I had to call. It took me months to get the charge removed. I never got reimbursed the $200 they charged me incorrectly. I finally got a confirmation that they were not going to charge me anymore about two weeks ago. They are really crooked. The maintenance fee would have been alright if I wanted it, but they put in a thing that I did not need and changed something out that I did not need. I just do not trust them.
