Vince came out to unblock our sewer line for us and he was very friendly and thorough. He took the time to explain our issue and various options to us. We were very happy with his service.

They got here on time, explain what needed and the cost. Did the job quickly and was very professional.

i called about a house plumbing issue on a Sunday, and was set up for a service call on Monday, I was extremely glad as the sewage was also backing up into the bathtub due to a clog in the drain going to the east side of the house. Ramsey came out with a welcoming smile and provided great customer service. He explained the options, went to work, and fixed the issue promptly. I would definitely use Olin Plumbing again.

Doug was the plumber sent by Olin. He started with the easiest and most likely cause of the leak. Apparently, the apparatus around the drain was loose and also needed new putty. He verified this was the cause of the leak. He explained everything he was doing and allayed my fears that it was not a more serious problem. This is my second time using Olin. Doug and the previous plumber were professional and competent.

Very pleased with repairs done. Vince, an Olin employee was at our home within a few hours from our non-emergence call. Vince was great at trouble shooting and repairing our leaking faucets in two bathrooms. He was knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up after job. This is 3rd time we use Olin Plumbers, each experience left me knowing I had chosen the correct company.

Josh was great to work with he informed me of all that he needed to do and the problems he ran into. The work was completed in a timely manner and he left a clean work area.

Doug came out from Olin Plumbing within an hour of me calling to say that the newly installed faucet was leaking. He didn't just fix the faucet, he replaced the faucet with an entirely new one at no cost. He gave excellent service and his response time was great. I would definitely recommend Olin plumbing.

Our old toilet started making a flushing noise at strange times. Doug had been here on a previous visit to fix an old pipe. He told me that we could go and pick out a toilet that we liked, and he would come and install it. So we got the toilet and I called Olin and they sent Doug out the next day. He took the toilet out of the trunk of our car to install it. When he removed the old toilet, there was a lot of dirt and root like things under it. It was a gross mess, but Doug dug it all out and cleaned everything on the floor. He scraped all the old grout off and when it was all clean, he put the new toilet on. He was very efficient and professional. He took the old toilet away. He cut up the box to recycle. He did a great job, and the new toilet is great. Thanks Doug.

Olin Plumbing is an excellent company to work with. They sent a young plumber named Josh to take care of our plumbing problem. Josh not only paid close attention to detail but took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. I would definitely call these folks for any future plumbing needs.

The two plumbers from Olin Plumbing, Josh and Elijah, came on time and performed excellent work. We were very happy with their work and we were happy with the price. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards and gave a year's warranty on the work in writing. We would call Olin Plumbing again, definitely.

I found a rust stain on the floor of a storage closet. There is an old pipe under a shelf and I discovered that it was damp and had a very slow leak. I called Olin and the next day Doug arrived. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced part of the old rusty pipe with pvc. He waited for about twenty minutes and checked it to be sure that it was okay. It was still leaking, so he redid it and waited again to check for leaks. This time it was not leaking. I appreciated that he took the time to be sure it fixed before he left. Doug did a great job and I would recommend him. Also, he applied an Angie’s list coupon to my bill.

Joe did a great job. He is very professional with decades of experience. He did not try and talk me into work I did not need; just took care of the problem in under two hours. Plumbing work is expensive. It is always better to have it done right by a master plumber the first time rather than hoping that the job will not need further repairs on the second or third try of trying to save a few bucks.

Called Olin to snake my drain from my clean-out to the street (60ft total). The website claims they have no "trip charges" and no "overtime charges" yet they required $180 just to show up. I asked the lady on the phone, and she claimed that she doesn't know what a "trip charge" is but insisted that no matter what no one would come unless I paid the $180. I went ahead and told her I needed 60ft of pipe cleared, and asked for an approximate price. She claimed "I'm not a plumber, I wouldn't be able to tell you a price range." After a few minutes of confrontational conversation she said it would probably be between $300-$500 plus the $180 fee to show up. Drove to home depot, rented a truck and then rented a 75ft snake and cleared the pipe myself in 20 minutes. Truck cost me $20.33 and Snake cost $63.56.

This was my first time using Olin Plumbing. The people I spoke with on the phone were very professional and the plumber (Brian) who came out did an excellent job. He spent extra time getting a special part and seemed very knowledgeable. I will definitely hire Olin again if I need any plumbing services.

We tried to change the faucet ourselves to discover that the pipes were corroded and new faucet could not be attached. Water was gushing into the sink and we had to cut the water off. We spent the night without water and called Olin first thing Saturday morning. Joe came out in the timeframe quoted and within a couple of hours was able take care of the problem with the pipes and install the new faucet. We were very happy with the work.

Work was done in a timely, efficient and professional manner. The response time of the technician from when our phone call was made was excellent.

The project went great. I saw all the reviews mentioning Joe and how great he was. I was hoping that I would get Joe and I did! He was as great as everyone was mentioning. He assessed the job, fixed some of the previous plumbing we had done as it was sloppy work. He tidied everything up, made it more sturdy and replumbed the pipes for the shower/bathtub. Great job Joe. Would definitely hire him again.

The repair went well. The pipe burst on Thursday the repair was done on Friday and the hole in the concrete was repaired on Monday.

It was my first time using Olin and they provided prompt courteous and effective service. I was quoted a flat fee and it took a greater amount of time than anticipated - the fee remained the same and the work was excellent. The plumber, Eddie, discussed additional concerns that we had and offered several options going forward. We will use Olin again.

Judy in the office is very pleasant and they are great about calling to let you know when the technician is on their way.

It went great. Joe is the consummate professional with a great attitude. He knows his customers by name and does a thorough and detailed job. Total trust in Joe, and always great service from Olin. Also, the woman I always speak with on the phone is so friendly and helpful (I wish I could remember her name right now, but she is great. Kudos, ma'am.). Cost was to pull/install new toilet in our 1/2 bath downstairs, as the previous bill covered installing the new toilet in the upstairs bathroom.
