Description of Work: There was water coming from the base of the toilet. The technician found out that the problem was not so much resulting from under the toilet but had to do with our septic tank. The last company which we had hired, they were called the drain team. The guy from the drain team partially emptied the septic tank saying that our tank was unusually big, which is not true because our tank is standard size. He also did not clean the filter, which led to an over flow very soon. Luckily we did not call them again. But the plumber from the Olin company actually diagnosed the problem, removed the filter and unclogged with a water hose and then put it back in. This helped solve the problem. He also gave me a name and of reputable company for the septic take, which we can take make use of in future. I am very thankful for the honesty of the professional from the Oline company.

Description of Work: You know the day isn't going to go well when you get up and discover there is no hot water. It gets even better when you go out to the garage to check the water heater and discover the floor covered in water. Obviously beyond any do-it-yourself fix, so called Olin Plumbing, who we have used before, around 9am. Bob from Olin arrived about 2 hours later and when a plumber tells you he has never seen this problem before you know the day can't get much worse. Problem was a gas water heater that rusted out around the flue and solution was a new water heater. Fortunately they had a replacement heater at the shop and someone was bringing it to Bob. New water heater installed in about an hour after arrival at our home, total time to remove old heater and install new one about 2 hours. Excellent service that we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. After today Olin Plumbing is our plumber forever now.

Since this was a home I had just moved into I asked for additional advice and services once they were on site. Very happy with the customer service on the phone and professionalism once they arrived. Would recommend with no hesitation.

Description of Work: He replaced my toilet, put a shut off valve outside the front of my house, replumbed my water heater, and replaced both fixtures for the hot and cold on my washing machine and put new hoses on. He also replaced my kitchen sink faucet.
