I met with Joe for an estimate to replace a leaking faucet in the guest bath. At the same time, he looked at the other two faucets in the master bath. It was decided that all 3 would be replaced. He was able to pick up 3 new faucets and install them the same day. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire them again.

Joe showed up on time and was very professional. He explained the price to snake out the toilet with a warning that the fix may be temporary and we may need to replace the toilet itself. Other than scratching said toilet, which I guess is inevitable with this kind of service, Joe did a fine job.

Joe came out after hours even though his folks were in and taking him to dinner. Highly recommend them!

I can't tell you how thankful I am that we found Olin Plumbing. We were called Sunday afternoon by one of our tenants that they heard water running behind the toilet in their master bathroom. When they turned off the water to the toilet they could still hear water running. On further inspection they found damp sheet rock as well as water in the adjoining garage floor. Realizing that there was no way to turn off the water we immediately started calling Angie's List plumbers. The first plumber told us they did not do leak detection. I was sent to an answering service for the 2nd plumber. The third plumber has yet to return my phone call. It is now 8 hours after I made the emergency phone call to the 3rd plumber, I left 3 different phone #'s. (Really?) I was so relieved when I called Olin Plumbing and immediately got a hold of Derek . In addition Derek was on our door step in 20 minutes. On arrival he took control of the situation , and Immediately detected the leak in an exterior wall. He opened the outside wall, and then repaired the leak. His quick response and action helped us to avoid a lot of damage to our property. Thank you ! We will definitely be calling Derek for our future plumbing needs.

I had excellent experiences. They were very timely, good people. They were very professional. They left the place looking very clean. They did a pretty good job. They were out there very promptly. They were a little pricey but they were very timely and very professional. It was worth it for me.

The whole experience was excellent starting when Judy set my appointment. I had been given a time frame of 8am-9:30. The day of service around 9am Judy called to say my rep might be a little late, but he still showed up on time. I really appreciate the call. Mike showed up and was courteous, very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. He immediately went to work and during that time Mr. Olin showed up to give me additional estimates I had requested and was also very knowledgable and i felt the pricing was very fair. I will use them again for future projects at my home.

It went very well. He installed a bathtub faucet that exactly matched the replaced faucet. He also worked until the handheld shower fit perfectly in the small bathroom that has a low ceiling.

The work went very well the plumber was fast and efficient. I would hire them again.

We've used Olin for many services over the years and they are unfailingly prompt, professional, and do excellent work, keeping us informed about potential pitfalls without creating an impression that they're trying to take advantage of us.

It looked awful and did not solve the problem. Thankfully, my father was there and after the plumber left, he removed what the plumber put on it and he went the home depot, purchased something called JB Weld, and put that around the faucet and handles and let it dry overnight. It is clear and most importantly, the faucet and handles no longer wiggle. It had been 4 months now and my two teens use the shower at least once per day and no problems. The plumber was a waste of money.

Just started using Angie's list an hour ago. I saw Olin Plumbing listed with a good rating, and thought I would share my experience. First this company is one of the reasons I signed up today, I scheduled an appointment for them to provide me an estimate on a bath tube replacement and they could not even do that. My wife sat around four hours waiting on them, and they never showed or even called. First impressions are everything.

Have had Scott from Olin plumbing out on several occasions in the past month to fix several issues with recently purchased home that was a foreclosure and had been vacant for at least 1 year. Received call from the office; Judy when Scott was on his way. Scott arrived promptly, was very courteous and professional. Explained the options available to resolve the issues as well as the pros and cons of each. Promptly set about completing the work I decided to have done on those occasions. Several of the issues were not straight forward repairs, due to what appeared to be amateur attempts at plumbing by the previous occupants or neglected maintenance due to the house being empty for an extended period of time and required extra effort . Scott provided information regarding issues I want to have corrected in the future so that I would know the correct terminology to use when calling the office to schedule the work. I have been extremely pleased with the work completed on each occasion. Judy in the office is a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely use again and would recommend to others.

We just bought an older house. We were having some issues with water coming up in both showers and around bottom of toilet. They came out to find what the issue was. They couldn't find the main line so they charged us an extra $175. to lift toilet. The said it was a root and that they cleaned out the line. Everything seemed fine until the next day we came home to find sewage in our showers and floors! They came back out and this time had no problem finding the main line. They cut our cable line in the process and said it was old plumbing and we'd have to 're plumb our house and to watch a you tube video. So we paid $400. for them to do nothing for us not cause more stress and issues and now WE have to also pay for cable to come fix the line they cut! I would NEVER use them again!

Last night while I was in the bathroom I noticed water pooling in the corner of the floor by our tub. Upon closer inspection I could see the water seeping out from the wall through several cracks in the grout. The wall was warm so I could tell it was warm water and I could also hear it "on" behind the wall. We immediately turned off the water to the house, but since it was so late into the evening decided to call a plumber in the morning. I had to be at work at 6 am, but took the time to check on Angie's List for a reputable plumber. We have used a local plumbing company for years, but after going through a remodel, we were informed that some of the work they did for us many years ago wasn't very good and some of it had to be redone. I didn't have much time to look but picked two that had good reviews. I went unto work so my husband called the plumbing companies around 7:30 am. Olin Plumbing immediately answered the phone so he told them our situation and they said someone would be out between 10 and 1. He texted me at 10 to say that a plumber was already there and starting to work. He found the problem and repaired it. My husband said he also replaced the spout on the tub as it was old (over 20 years old). This was an additional charge, but we wanted this done as this bathroom would be a future remodeling project and it was one less thing to do then. I was pleasantly surprised about the cost of this repair. I assumed anything behind a wall would be really expensive and it wasn't bad at all. We also were able to use a $30 coupon which I appreciated! Olin Plumbing is now our "go to" plumbing company!

it went real well, i was in contact with the owner, they came out and found the leak in good time and took care of it, it was under the shower in the main bathroom, they were very curtious. I would recommend them again. Very pleased. It was a big job had to go into the floor.

After having a couple inches of waste water sitting in the shower stall floor, I called Olin after some searching around. Upon arriving, Will let me know that due to layout he would have to pull the toilet in the same bathroom to snake the drain and troubleshoot. With the toilet off, he discovered the flange was broken and would need to be replaced, requiring the surrounding slab to be broken up to install the replacement flange. After snaking, he found no blockage so we proceeded to pop the septic tank lid off only to find it at max capacity. Will did not have to proper tooling to break the slab up as far down as needed due to the drain pipe cracking, so the following day the repair was completed. I was informed of the cost of the repairs of upfront as they were discovered and the employees were very professional and pleasant to deal with.

The owner Derek personally came to access the situation. He didnt charge extra for coming out at all even though it was 7pm onEaster Sunday. He worked on the problem some that night then sent Scott over the next day to complete the work. They were friendly and professional and the prices were reasonable.

I first called another provider and never got an answer. Every time I called Olin, they answered. Judy set the appointment up. She was nice and courteous. My appointment was set between 12 and 4. Mr. Olin came about 3:45pm but Judy called to let me know what was going on and the approximate time Mr. Olin would arrive. It took him no time to figure out the issue and fix the problem. Mr. Olin was very professional and was very polite to my 3 year old son that was following him around.

We scheduled Scott within the next couple days from our original call even though it wasn't an emergency. Scott came out promptly and was very professional. He showed me the sewer cleanout cap that I couldn't find from the last time they did outside work on our main sewer line (he had showed my husband the cap and I never could find it in the bushes). Then he checked out each sewer clean out access point in our main sewer line (by the house and the other by the street) to determine where the backup was occurring (the problem was not outside the house). He was thorough and had me flush multiple times and run the upstairs shower the whole time he was at our house. We couldn't get the toilets to back up or start bubbling so he augered the downstairs toilet (the one that was doing the bubbling the night before). He then removed the curved part of the sink drain and cleaned it out since it was backed up and showed me how to release the button under the sink so I can lift the sink stopper out to clean it myself the next time. The shower had still been running and didn't back up the downstairs toilet. So, he figures that the pipes were coated with grease (even though I try to be careful and not put cooking oil down the drain) and sludge which can slow things down. He showed me a product Bio-Clean that is much better on the pipes than Drain-O to help clean out the pipes in the house. I chose to purchase it from him (not included in the $240 price) so we could use it before our guests arrived. We used it for 5 days in a row and haven't had any more problems. He said it is a monthly treatment. We are very happy with his thoroughness and professionalism and will continue to use this company in the future.

I purchased a water filtration system at Home Depot and the Olin plumber installed it under the sink. He was very friendly and he did a great job. Also, during the installation he corrected a couple of lines that should have been securely tied and rerouted. I would definitely recommend Olin Plumbing.

I can't say enough positive things about this company! Customer service above and beyond! Will definitely use in the future and recommend to everyone I know!!!!!!

Scott from Olin Plumbing arrived on time as promised. He replaced our water heater in a courteous and professional manner. The price was fair and reasonable. We will definitely use them again when we need plumbing services in our home.
