I was told I would get a free estimate. When the person/plumber arrived I explained my water wasn't getting hot. Without even looking at my hot water heater he said I would need a complete overhaul and the price would be $345. I questioned how would he know w/o looking at it first. He said he didn't have to look at it, he's been doing this for many years. I asked how does he know what needs replacing. He said company procedure is to replace all of it and they never replace just what's broken because you don't know which one it is and chances are the other part will need replacing soon. So I asked can't he look at it and determine what's bad. He said if he touch it he has to charge me. I asked about the free estimate promised me over the phone. He said the operator is not explaining the free estimate correctly. I told him I did my homework before calling and I know the average price is between $150 and $250. So I declined the service and got it done by a licensed handyman a few days later for $145. I saved $200 by not using them.

Ramsey came and helped us out with a complete house blockage. He was quick, professional, and very helpful. He fixed our issue without any issues and didn’t try to up charge for anything additional like many other plumbing companies. Would highly recommend Olin Plumbing.

Great! Ramsey was able to diagnose all problems within 5 minutes. It turns out that none of the items were major after all. He was very clear on what was wrong, what needed to be done, how long it would take, and what the cost would be. All up front before any work was done. He was very knowledgeable and professional while being friendly at the same time. We will be using Olin Plumbing again in the future.

Ramsey did a fantastic job replacing my bathroom sink faucet. He was prompt, very polite, and cleaned up after he was finished. This is the second time I've hired Olin for a plumbing repair, and I will definitely continue to use them for future issues.

I was frustrated at the beginning because i was told they would be at my house between 8-9am. I received a call at 8:30 saying they were running late. Around 10:45 they showed up. Alex was training someone and they were both very professional and helpful. Alex explained everything that he was going to be doing and pricing along the way. He showed me the parts that needed to be replaced and explained why. He was very helpful and I will definitely use them again in the future. I did think that their pricing was a little higher than some other plumbers I have used in the past. However, I have had issues with all the other plumbers I have used also. It is worth paying a little extra to get quality work and trustworthy people. Everyone i dealt with from the receptionist to the plumbers were all helpful and polite. I hope i don't have any more plumbing issues in the future but if i do ill use Olin again.

We had a small job (needed to disconnect some faucets to reseal our sink to our granite) and they were so kind about it. Made sure we weren't overcharged and both Tyler (disconnected) and Ramsey (came back to reconnect) did the work swiftly and were very friendly. Great experience!

Called Olin to examine a wet spot in the laundry room ceiling find the source of the water. Culprit turned out to be the tub in the upstairs bathroom. This was an awkward and difficult job involving cutting through the laundry room ceiling and the upstairs wall behind the end of the tub. to locate and fix the problem. I have nothing but the highest praise for the work done by Buck and his assistants. They arrived ahead of the originally scheduled time and got right to work. Buck was very friendly and knowledgeable while explaining everything he found and what my options were. We settled on an expected cost to repair the leak and additionally fix some loose faucets in the bathroom sink. I also had him replace the main water shutoff valve on the outside of the house. The whole job was done very professionally and ended up coming in below the estimated cost. All in all I was very pleased with the job Buck did. I highly recommend these folks.

Olin Plumbing did a FANTASTIC job! Olin Plumber named Ramsey arrived early to the appointment, always a good thing. He quickly assessed our 24 year old leaky faucet and 24 year old problem toilet. Parts were no longer available for our faucet, however Ramsey gave several suggestions for new ones, and when we are ready, we will call him to install it. The toilet could be fixed, and while Ramsey worked on it, I asked several questions regarding replacing it also. He also gave suggestions that would meet out needs, and again, when we are ready, we will call him to install it. I was very happy with Ramsey and Olin Plumbing and will call on them again for all of our plumbing needs.

I have used Olin Plumbing for years and for a good reason. They are professional, punctual and most of all, honest. This company sets the bar for exemplary customer service. They have been out to my home free of charge more times than not, with minor service rendered but felt it was not prudent to charge. Find that in the plumbing industry anywhere else. That being said, the times when plumbing issues required a fee, Olin was fair and explained every charge. Today, Ramsey and Ben came out to fixed my toilet that was not flushing properly. Problem solved. I rarely write reviews. However, it is refreshing to do business with a company with ethical values, integrity, fairness and outstanding service. I highly recommend Olin Plumbing.

Everything went well. I was called when Doug was on his way. He started working right away and was done quickly. He explained the pipes used as a previous plumber said something that wasn't true. He completed the job thoroughly and I would recommend Olin Plumbing to anyone needing work done. He also took the time to talk to me about the water heater. Ramsey came out to unblock my kitchen drain and he was very friendly and efficient. He took the time to explain the issue and what he would be doing to correct the problem. He even cleaned up his work area after the job was done. I really appreciated this since I am OCD. (LOL) I am very happy with his service and will be recommending Olin Plumbing to everyone I know.
