Very courteous over the phone, worked with me to find the soonest time they could respond to my call, called to alert me when they would arrive, arrived when they said they would. Bob introduced himself and allowed me to explain the situation and asked me pertinent questions to narrow down the issue. He then made quick work of clearing the blockage and verified the obstruction was gone, and then tested the flow several times to ensure it was clear. They accept all forms of payment which is very convenient. I did feel the cost of the service call was high since it was a non-emergency call on a weekday during normal business hours. They did offer a $30 Angie's List member discount. Overall the service was excellent.

I called, and within 4 hours they had a technician here to fix the problem. They also called before the technician arrived to let me know he would be there in 15 minutes. Everything went very smoothly. Bob was awesome and fixed everything. I am very pleased with the service I received, and will definitely be using them again.

Mark was sent to do the job. He was on time, professional, and did a great job at properly diagnosing the situation and saved us a considerable amount of money had we gone with the first estimate. He was outstanding. Additionally, the office staff was truly professional, courteous, and responsive. We have a new plumber!!!

I contacted them based on good reviews on Angie's list to provide a quote on a project. Judy was very nice to schedule and followup. The contractor did visit when scheduled. I didn't receive a quote back when promised so followed up and then the lump sum estimate was sent. The quote was 5 times higher than the lowest quote we received and 3-4 times higher than the majority of quotes. In cases like this, I get the feeling that the contractor just didn't want to take our job for whatever reason (as the quote was just astronomically high). They were cordial and professional. My rating is just because I would just prefer more details on the scope of work or reasons why or an honest answer of "we don't take on that type of work" so that neither of us spend time on it.

Plumber (Bob) showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about explaining the problems and giving the quote for the repairs which was reasonable. He was able to complete the repairs and fix the problems quickly.

The plumber that came down his name was Scott was courteous friendly and very knowledgeable. Came in and knew what to do and got the job done fast efficient and quick. Called them and Judy and Jennifer coordinated it for the plumber to come out the next day.

Noticed damaged wood flooring coming from a toilet tank leak. Bob was here within the hour of phone call. Rebuilt/replaced components of tank. Guided us toward water damage restoration. Very good. Very efficient.

The team arrived to my home on time, they were very professional and friendly. I told them the issue I was experiencing and after careful assessment, the team knew what the problem was and proceed to give me the details of their findings. The team fixed the issue with my kitchen faucet within 15 mins and then asked if there was anything else within the home that needed an assessment. Once all the work was complete, they provided me with an invoice. The team was very punctual, effective, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber and I will be using their services in the future.

Decided not to have the work done. Why couldn't the valves just need replaced?

I called to request an emergency repair for a faucet that is constantly leaking onto the counter and floor. It is leaking when turned off. I was told that this is not an emergency and could not be taken care of until the weekend is over. I will have to turn off the the main water in the house, or allow a stream of water to leak onto the hardwood floor all night. Olin really needs to change their definition of an emergency.

We found a leak at our water supply pipe at the front of our property. We called Olin and spoke to a very nice woman (Sorry I don't remember names). She determined that it was an emergency and they would send a plumber soon, even though they were heavily booked for the day. The plumber arrived shortly after and gave us an estimate but also advised us that the county was technically responsible for the damage. He said the water meter should be repositioned and the meter box needed replacement. Tree roots had infiltrated and shifted the meter, breaking the connection to our pipeline. He explained that the pipes no longer were in alignment and he would have to remove sidewalk & dig out our pipeline in order to meet the angle that the meter was positioned at now. His estimate for the work was $525. He spent some time examining the condition of the meter to figure out what the problem was because the box was filled with mud covering the pipes, meter and roots. Nonetheless, there was no charge for the service call, as Olin advertises. We were very pleased with the prompt, courteous and professional service and the outcome. We did call the county and they made the repairs just as the plumber had suggested. We will definitely call Olin for any plumbing services in the future.

The plumber, Scott, was punctual calling us about thirty minutes prior to his scheduled arrival. He was friendly and very professional in his demeanor and work ethic. Scott fully explained what he was doing for our project. When he finished the job, Scott cleaned and vacuumed all the areas where he worked. Overall, we were extremely please and would use Olin in the future.

Water was leaking from ceiling of first floor and seemed to be associated with leak from flushing toilet. Scott came out same day of reported issues for estimate of work to be conducted. Leak was not active, so we schedule repair work for following afternoon. Scott came out the next day and was able to cut an access hole in dry wall and replaced the PVC pipe and fittings. Within two hours of labor the leak was repaired. Very professional and realistic in level of work to be accomplished.

Joe came out the same day, moved the water heater, found leak under the slab and repaired it. He was pleasant and professional and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done.

The work was well administered, and I do believe the problem has been taken care of. If not, I will call them again. Thanks again to Mr. Joe from Olin Plumbing.

I am so glad that Freguson's (plumbing supplies) recommended Olin Plumbing!! Joe was so professional and courteous, but more importantly, he was knowledgeable and able to identify the problems quickly and determine the solution. After dealing with two other plumbing companies, I can promise that Olin's is the only one I will use from now on.

Experience with Olin was a very positive one. Joe was our provider. He arrived at the time arranged. We had a small list of things for him to check, which he very helpfully reviewed and explained. For one of the issues, he advised us on how to fix ourselves, saving us money which was so appreciated. The other and main issue (toilet tank slow leak) he quickly determined what the problem was and repaired. It's working great! Also to note, he took extra attn to detail, leaving the bathroom very clean when he left. Lastly, I'd like to mention Judy who answered the phone on each occasion I called. She was the perfect person for this job. Super pleasant and helpful. We will definitley use Olin in the future as plumbing problems arise. Really cool coffee mugs he left us too as a new customers welcome.

I called on a Saturday due to a plumbing mini-emergency (water dripping through the ceiling from the shower upstairs. Joe arrived quickly, called when he was on his way, and was extremely efficient with his work. He explained to me everything that he was doing and asked questions to make that we had the same understanding of both what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. He even returned after he had left to answer a further concern that I had about the potential for continued leakage. Overall, I was incredibly grateful for the prompt response and found Joe's work to be excellent and reasonably priced.

Joe at Olin Plumbing came out the same day I called, and looked at the leak under my sink. He determined what I had suspected, that the garbage disposal needed to be replaced. He had an array of units in his truck and I was able to choose the one that suited my needs. There was no pressure to buy one over the other. He had the work done in about an hour, and since I work nearby, I was able to leave him with my grown daughter and go back to work. He came over when it was completed and went over everything with me. I am very pleased with the service and the work.

Scott came out from Olin Plumbing. He knew what the problem was instantly. He removed the SharkBite connectors I used to install my water tank and replaced it with copper pipe and also installed a working hot water intake vale. While he was here he also installed a new main shut off valve. The service took about 2 hours. It has been several days now and it appears that solved the problem. Scott is a very nice patient person and walked me through every step as I like to learn about these kinds of things. I would recommend and hire them again.

We were very pleased with the outcome. We called Olin Plumbing because some previous work done in our laundry room was incomplete after a pipe was cut and not fixed. Scott came out in a timely manner and assessed the problem. He was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and was very courteous. He gave us an estimate and the price sounded reasonable so we scheduled the work. It was to be done on a Tuesday, however there was an opening on Monday and they called to see if we were available and we were, so we got the job done sooner than expected. He made everything look nice and neat and it didn't take very long at all for the work we needed to get done. We would definitely call them out again.

It went well. The plumber was very polite and professional. The valve had been overtightened and we couldn't get it off for fear of breaking it. He worked slowly and steadily and was able to get it loose enough to remove and replace. We've used this company one time previously and also had good service then too.
