Great, was able to repair and clean without new parts, saving me money.

Mark tried everything to avoid taking out the toilet but unfortunately, the clog was too far away. He removed the toilet, cleared the line, replaced the toilet and gone in around one hour. Great service.

Mark did an outstanding job fixing my tank less water heater. I had no hot water for three days, called Olin Plumbing and they send Mark the same day. There was no water pressure for the hot water. Mark stated that it was do to a clog in the pipes, actually it was, after opening the pipes a piece of plastic came off. He put everything together 20 minutes later I had hot water and good water pressure. Excellent job.

Regarding the kitchen sink - A recommendation was made to purchase a new faucet and call them to have it replaced. They left an estimate and did not charge for that. Regarding the Mater Bath toilet issue. The employee was diligent and repaired the problem to our total satisfaction.

Joe and Olin Plumbing wer great. He was punctual, professional, and gave great advice. Judy at the front office was wonderful too.

Bob arrived on time and changed both valve which were in hard to reach areas behind the sinks in a little more than an hour. Both valve are guaranteed for a year too.

This is the third time I've used Olin Plumbing. I will definitely call again whenever the need arises. They are professional, reliable and thorough. Joe with Olin Plumbing is great and has been my go-to plumber for three separate jobs. The first was a water pipe leak under the slab in the laundry room. The second was to repair a leak in the connection for the refrigerator ice maker line. The third job was to remove an existing garbage disposal that was leaking, and install a new disposal. In addition to Plumber Joe, I also worked with Judy to schedule who was great to work with. Judy was able to schedule my jobs quickly and ensure that Joe would be assigned to my job as I requested. Great experience! I can't recommend Olin Plumbing enough! I called and Joe came in a very short time from my call and spent approximately 2 hours and fixed everything without trouble. He was honest and professional and most importantly listened to what my concerns were and understood. He was personable as well as professional and I will definitely call Olin Plumbing for any further plumbing needs. The cost was reasonable for all that needed to be done and I truly appreciate how the entire encounter went from my phone call until Joe left us with a clean sink drain, a fixed pipe and a tub that no longer leaks to the floor below!

Olin Plumbing is amazing! People answering the phone so helpful, sympathetic, caring and very pleasant! Made sure we had same day service for plugged toilets! Mark did a great job Monday - efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable! Got toilets running !! Plugged toilets again Friday - again same day service! Bob worked more extensively, found the problems quickly, came back Monday to replace sewer pipes. Both Mark and Bob cleaned up afterward, and Bob made sure we saw the holes in the pipes and understood why we had the problems. So pleasant, efficient, thorough, and I am just so pleased with the service, attention, caring, and expertise! Have already referred others to this amazing company! Thank you for making an unpleasant situation much more pleasant and bearable!

I thought my main drain line was backed up but after Joe looked over everything he advised me it was just he kitchen drain that needed to be cleaned.. Joe did a great job and insured that the water was draining like new. I have had this problem fro most of the year and I have had another company come out twice and they were not able to get my drain flowing either time. The other company only fixed the problem for one day each time. Olin Plumbing sent Joe out with in just a few hours of me calling. The price included other services so I am happy with the price overall.

Did not use them this time for a water heater replacement. Had a water heater blow up and called frantically to get someone here. I already had someone on the way when they called. I will give them first shot on my next plumbing need.

It went well. Bob, the plumber who did the work, was very friendly and professional. He saw the problem and offered a good solution. The cost seemed a little high, but the job was done right.
