I had a leak detection company guy came and was told it's a plumbing issue, when Olin plumbing , Bob, quickly found out it was my ac drip line that is leaking and not the plumbing from bathroom upstairs. So called my ac guy and sure enough it was the drain pipe not glued that is causing the leak. I am very pleased of the punctuality and professionalism of this company especially to Bob for being so knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Customer Service Judy was great too on phone. Will definitely hire this company again.

Work performed as requested in a timely manner

The technician, Bob, was able to come early after the company called for permission. Bob spent about an hour repairing the connection as he had to hacksaw the old connector to get it to unscrew. He then replaced the hose. I am a person who likes to know what's happening at all stages of the repair, and Bob accommodated me with any information I needed. Bob is a professional plumber with over twenty years experience; he was very personable making the experience a pleasant one. I can now order my new washer. Yipee!

Both the plumbing and customer service was excellent. I would like to relay the importance of a pleasant, knowledgeable support person who truly tries to make situations work--a good experience parting with one's hard-earned money begins here...well done Judy! Olin was responsive and prompt in getting someone out to do the estimate and work. Their pricing was notably better than one estimate and comparable to another, but the quality of the products and approach proposed were superior and Bob's friendly, professional, informative manner made the difference, so I chose them. I'm very happy I did. I was glad that Bob, who did the estimate, also came out and did the work. That's important to me. It also helps in the building of a good business relationship...well done guys!

We called Olin based on our research with Angie's List (as I've never had to call a plumber before). Judy was very friendly and personable on the phone and did what she could to schedule the service at a time that worked for us. She also was very on the spot with calling when the plumber was on his way. Joe came out to the house and did everything he could to get the line changed out. Since the hook-up was a little old and loose, he told us that he may have to cut into the wall to change it, but would do everything he could not to. To our pleasant surprise, he was able to fix it without having to cut into the wall and everything is working great. Thanks so much for your professionalism and taking care of the customers! We definitely will recommend Olin to anyone who has a plumbing need!

Discovered water leaking into the master bath and bedroom on a Friday morning. Shut the water to the house off and called Olin. Judy, I believe, answered the phone and said they could have someone out by the end of the day and that she would give us a heads up when they were on their way. She did just that. Joe arrived, found that the pipe leading into the house from the hose bib had snapped. He replaced the pipe and the bib at reasonable cost. Joe knew what he was doing, was professional, courteous and took the time to both show us the problem and explain what he would need to do. Would not hesitate to call Olin again.

I called Olin Plumbing on Easter Sunday and they not only answered my call but they gave me an appointment for the very next day between 8 and 9am! That was awesome! The next morning they called me around 8:20am to let me know that they were running late. And they called again around 10:10am, to let me know that the plumber (Bob) was on his way -- And he arrived shortly thereafter. I explained the problem to him and he was able to tell me what the job would cost before he even got started. All that was great, but I was disappointed that they don't have the ability to resolve the problem from the roof (only from a cleanout cap or by removing the toilet) --- and removing the toilet is expensive, so that increased the cost of my repair significantly. Bob pulled and reset one of the toilets to snake and clean the blockage. Later that night, I noticed a small leak/drip around the back side of the toilet (at supply). I called Olin Plumbing again and made an appointment to have this looked at. This time, they gave me a larger window of time for Bob's arrival and he did arrive on time. He tightened the supply nut and all is good now. No charge for this second visit. I love how they answer the phone 24/7 and are able to come out and do the job quickly. I love that they call you if they're running a little late and give you a heads-up when they're on their way. I love that they tell you the cost of the work upfront and that they guarantee the work they do (if there's a problem, they'll come back out and fix it right away). For all those reasons, I would recommend them, especially to someone who has a cleanout cap and doesn't have to pay the added expense of pulling up the toilet.

Excellent, timely, efficient and knowledgeable

Plumber Bob arrived and immediately started to address the problem. He noticed that the female pvc coupling was cracked and that it needed to replaced with a copper fitting for better strength. He also mentioned if that did fix the issue that he would install a bypass pipe and valve bypassing the water softener so that I may be able to remove the unit completely to have it service and still have water to the home. Thank goodness it was only the coupling needed to be replaced. I know plumbers charge what they have to do but its costly, I did use their coupon of $30.00 from Angies list to help with the cost and yes I would use them again.

Excellent. Called for emergency plumbing repair at 10:30 PM. Within an hour Olin Plumbing sent out Joe. It was our lucky night! The problem was fixed within a half hour. We had another company come by last week to give us an estimate which we thought was a little high. When Bob, Olin's plumber came out, he was very professional, clean...a real no-fuss no-muss kind of guy. Friendly without being overbearing like some workers can be. He quoted us $200 which was significantly less than the previous quote. So we went ahead and had him perform the work which he did quickly and quietly. We also got an estimate on another project we are planning on doing later in the year. We recommend Olin Plumbing and will be using for future plumbing work and Bob will be our plumber of choice!

Very smoothly. It appears to have solved a water leak problem. They also advised regarding how to make further improvements to the plumbing system, and how to save money when making those improvements. Very polite and efficient; I am likely to call on them again should I need plumbing assistance.

Bob showed up in the agreed-upon time window, diagnosed the problem, and made the repair quickly. The shower now works correctly and provides hot water again.

Last month I needed an after hours emergency repair at my rental homes. Olin Plumbing was quick to respond and fixed the issue quickly and fairly priced. I have also used them twice at my current residence. They were also quick to respond and very easy to work with. Price was fair and the service was wonderful. I found Joe and Mark to be knowledgeable about my plumbing issues and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

They were excellent. They were really good. They were prompt, they had a very fair price, they did not try to up sell us, and they were able to solve a problem that other people were not able to figure out.

Wow! They were able to come the next morning they called when they were on the way, and Mark was a total professional. Had it fixed in less than an hour and was on his way,but asked if there was any way he could help with anything else. This guy was great!

Joe, the Plummer was ver courteous, informative and diligent. The only drawback was the job was overpriced. It took 10 min.to accomplish. Otherwise, I would have given an A.

Called evening before and technician came before 9 AM the next day as requested. Job was completed in a timely manner and technician was professional. Had a coupon from Angie's list booklet and it was honored. Would highly recommend this company. (Price was a bit high. Suggest getting get an estimate before committing to a large job.)
