They gave me $30 off for having the Angie's List coupon. This was the second time that I have used Olin Plumbing and I am very satisfied with them. I would definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.
Description of Work: I had a bathroom faucet replaced. The old faucet had been there since 1975, was leaking, and needed to be replaced.

It had been my experience on several occasions that my expectations have been fully met. Every aspect of the process including scheduling of the appointment, arriving in a timely manner, and complete resolution of the problem, the first time. On a personal note everyone I have dealt with has been very courteous and the kind of people you enjoy talking to. Description of Work: We initially found Olin Plumbing by asking our electrician and after having them install a new electric water heater in place of the old propane one, we are happy to have found our plumber for life. Judy is very helpful in scheduling around our busy schedules and she is very knowledgeable about plumbing as well. We had a great first experience and now are scheduling for another plumbing issue in the old house we bought.  + -1 moreI called the number listed and immediately was on the line with Sarah. She was absolutely professional and told me she would get a technician out to me as soon as possible. A short while later Mark arrived and began working. It turned out we had some major problems due to contractor shortcuts during a recent remodel. Mark spent several hours making sure everything worked properly and got it all going again in as professional a manner as possible. We would absolutely hire Olin again!
Description of Work: It all started with a backed up kitchen sink on fourth of July weekend. I looked through Angie's list and found Olin as highly recommended.

 + 0 moreEverything went great. Mark was the only person that came out to give the estimate that was actually going to be the person performing the work. He did a great job explaining the whole process and was honest about what he was going to be doing. Once work started, Mark was able to get all of the work done in a timely manner. He even was able to finish sooner than what we thought. Mark did a great job and I will definitely us Olin plumbing again.
Description of Work: We had to have our house re-piped due to a leaking pipe under our slab as well as replace our water heater.

Even though the cartridge could not be removed utilizing conventional methods, he was still able to successfully remove the old cartridge without damaging the brass valve and installed the new cartridge with no leaks! Joe was great to work with on this project and I would definitely work with Olin and Joe again for any issues like this. Thank you!
Description of Work: I had a Moen Posi-Temp shower cartridge that needed to be replaced and the old one was seized in the valve.

Description of Work: Just purchased a home and found the shut off valve to the water line in our ice maker wasn't working properly so the line was dripping water. Also the main water shut off valve in our garage was frozen up - the valve wouldn't turn at all to turn off water to the house. We called Olin Pluming in the morning and were told they could be out same day to give us free estimate and fix if we wanted to. They gave us 4 hour time window. Judy from the office called to let us know Joe was on his way. Joe arrived shortly afterward, quickly assessed the problems and gave me a quote to fix. He also checked out our tankless hot water heaters, water softener system and a leaking jacuzzi tub pump while he was there and advised me on maintenance. He fixed the ice maker line quickly and put in a new, better main water shut off valve in the garage. He was friendly and professional throughout. Took about an hour, as he had estimated. Very satisfied with service, communication, speed of getting out to us, Joe's great attitude and quality of work completed. Will definitely use Olin again!
