What an amazing company! I run a heating and air conditioning business in Pennsylvania. My sister and her family moved to Florida and purchased their first home in the spring. Right after they bought it, the system stopped working. I called a couple of distributors and found out that OEL had a great reputation. That turned out to be an understatement. Chad went out the same day to look at the system. I told him I was planning to come replace it, and just needed it up and running. He got it up and running and gave me all of the information I needed to come replace it myself. This is an incredible professional courtesy on his part. Chad warned me that it was on its last legs. The system made it through the summer, but of course, didn't last long enough for me to come replace it. We called Chad a few days before Labor Day Weekend, he was out, diagnosed critical failure, explained everything to me, and again gave me the opportunity to come replace it myself. I asked how soon he could do it, so my sister, her husband and their kids wouldn't be sitting without air conditioning. He had the system replaced the next day, kept me in the loop the whole time and sent me before and after pictures to make sure I was happy. He wouldn't even accept payment until the job was done. This company is amazing!

Chad is a top notch guy with patience and kindness that goes above and beyond what is required! He recently installed a new AC unit for my elderly mom with only two days notice since we happened to be visiting and has been checking in on her since we left because of some concerns she had,( living alone she can get scared at times with new sounds etc... )He has been more than gracious by checking back in and assuring her the AC is working properly and showing her how all the things work and what sounds they make and why it condensates. I could not be more appreciative to him and his crew for the excellent service and follow ups to help keep my mom feeling safe. Living in Ohio its hard for us to check in with her and he always calls us if she has asked him to come out. His patience with the senior community is incredible and I couldn't recommend anyone better if your parents or loved ones need help in the hot summer months! Thanks Chad you're the best!

Great job. Called ahead and arrived as planned. Let me know I had a UV light which I didn’t know and no other company had ever mentioned. Also gave me a tip on what to do in between service to keep line clear. Even had a smile for a dog who wouldn’t stop barking.

We would recommend OEL Heating and Cooling without hesitation!! At 9pm, our AC shut off, and would not come back on. After my husband tried for over an hour to clear the drain line, which we suspected was the problem, we decided to call a 24hr AC repair. I found OEL online and their reviews were stellar, so I gave them a call. I expected to get an answering service, but a real person answered the phone. Several things stood out with this company, and particularly with Chad See (owner) who came to our rescue last night! First, as I mentioned, was that Chad answered the phone! Second, was that the charge for a service call is the same reasonable price "whether they come at 2pm or 2am"! We called around 10pm, and Chad was here by 11pm. By 12:30am, we had our AC back! Chad found the issue, as suspected a backed up drain, and also found a flaw in our unit. He corrected that, cleared the line, and even repaired the outside pipe where my husband had sawed it off trying to clear the line! Did I mention that it was raining?! He only charged us for the call, and to clear the drain. We offered him a tip, which he refused. This company is professional, honest, compassionate and reasonably priced. We plan to tell anyone who will listen how great they are! Thank you Chad!! Rest assured, we will be calling you and no one else the next time we need service!

Excellent job!!! They worked hard until the whole job was completed. They even had to work in a very hot attic. They were careful not to track dirt in the house from outside. They swept & removed all debris from the house and the yard.

It went very well and fast. The AC works great. Very professional employees. I highly recommend them.

I called three other airconditioning companies , they all postponed me for the following day. I called OEL heating and cooling and they sent a young man named Anthony Farmer who was extremly currtius and willing too to fix my unit the same day even though it was raining and late at night. I would definitely refer them to family and friends and would use them again.

Unbeatable service. Chad came out the same day to evaluate my concerns with my AC unit. As my system was over 15 yrs old, he throughly discussed the benefit of changing to a new unit. The next day he installed my new Bryant air conditioner came inside and installed the new thermostat. The customer service was remarkable. Fast, friendly, professional and most of all honest.

Fast, done in 3 to 4 hours. Will find the best option and cheapest option to save you money. They will make sure you are happy with the services before they leave and annual checkups are great as well.

Great, fast friendly service and quiet will not bother your unless there is an issue. Try's all options to make the best decision and will find a cheaper reliable option if possible. Best A/C repair guys I have ever had. highly recommend them.
