It was for zoysiagrass, which was an upgrade from St. Augustine and that would be the reason for the price. I’m still learning because we are less than 3 months in and I’m hoping it last through the summer. They are very professional. The quality of grass, I think so far is good. I’ve had a problem twice and they came out right away, in fact the same day I called. So, right now I would recommend them. The workers were courteous. They cleaned up after themselves very well. They left nothing for me to worry about. That was the only experience I’ve had with them. I discovered them a couple of years ago and decided to go for it this year. So far, I’m not dissatisfied.

Over the last 2 years, it has been a constant battle with them. Don't contract with them unless you speak fluent Spanish. The only time they responded to our complaints was when we had a house guest who spoke to the technician in Spanish. Don't contract with them unless you have video security. If the technician runs into any issues, like having trouble accessing the back yard behind the fence, they plant the sign in the front, invoice you and don't tell you. You have to watch the tapes to see what they really did. Do watch the condition of your lawn. If you see problems, it is likely because the technician skipped an area without telling you. Do contract with another service for tree and shrub pest control. They won't do that. Don't contract with them if you have a persistent problem like sod web worms in a partially shaded lawn. They will not come out often enough to save your sod. Do buy your own spray equipment and chemicals for emergency treatment between monthly visits. I used mine to save my sod and ornamentals.

They showed up on time and went right to work, tilling up the entire yard with the sod cutter. They even gave particular attention to the areas where nothing was growing at all to ensure the new sod would take in that area, The sprinkler heads were cut around nicely, and when they were finished laying the sod it looked like it had always been there, seams barely visible! I had one large tree with an uneven slope up to it and the fill dirt that I'd asked for was raked in and that area of the yard is now a focal point! They have been very thorough, friendly, and professional through the entire process. i also contracted them for a monthly maintenance service to spray for insects, fungus, weeds, and fertilizer. They were here the very next day for the first treatment, and instructions on watering and care. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this company.

It went fine, no complaints. They did a good job keeping communication with us.
