It went very well. Everything started with an inspection of the air system and air ducts. It was the most thorough inspection I have ever witnessed, It took much effort to take the pictures for the inspection. I knew I had problems from previous inspections, but the inspector was very detailed and took time to explain everything to me . At the end he offered options with different prices. He even got the supplier to replace coils that were under warranty and almost rusted through. The crew that came out to do the work were very courteous and would explain anything to me. They worked long and hard and finished the job promptly. The area that they worked in was cleaner when they left then when they started. I called bact to ask them to tweak the airflow. They were there in one day and explained options on how to improve airflow-which they would do for free. Every concern I had was met with an honest explanation and options on how to get what I wanted. This is an Excellent Co!

Technicians from Northside Services originally came out to diagnose my non-working AC system. They quickly determined the unit was non-functioning and would need to be replaced. An engineer came out 2 days later to determine the size of AC system needed and provided me with 4 different options. The new system was installed the next day. Throughout this process, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, courtesy and respect of all the Northside Service employees. I was even more impressed with the speed with which this took place. Florida, in late May, is no time to have to wait for new an AC system to be installed.

Lebron came out and accessed the problem immediately. Got the part the next morning and installed that evening. We had an emergency and couldn't be their but everything was handled over the phone and taken care of without a hitch! Thanks Lebron. We have used Northside Services for years because of their integrity and great work ethic. I would trust no one else in the Tampabay area to touch my airconditioning. We've used Northside for years. They have serviced our AC, installed new, and maintained our unit(s) for years now. Even in the rare event something goes wrong ( they knocked down our mailbox once) they quickly and honorably make it right. My AC went out last night, and being a new unit I was concerned. I left a message for them ( alas, they have no after hours service) and they listened to my message early and had someone here by 8:15 am. I trust them, their staff are kind and efficient, and it speaks highly that you see the same people ( Terry !) there for years and years. Fair and honest, efficient and kind.... Can't ask for more. Their motto of being Christian in their business morals is not just hype.

Punctual and professional in appearance, vehicle and service. Would certainly continue to utilize their services.

They did excellent work. They were kind and responsive. It took two attempts, but they got the cooling system working again. What a blessing! I have finally found an AC company that I will keep!!!

Once again, I used Northside. This time it was for my mother, who is heat intolerant, so she was having major health problems due to the heat. Northside came asap, determined what was needed, and repaired. Any AC company will do that. What makes Northside different is the kindness and honesty. They always try to find the most economical way to repair, rather than the opposite method that many competitors use. You can use Northside and never ever worry that you are being taken advantage of.

They did just what an annual service calls for with no 'up sale' to added service/parts this year! While he did just what was required for an annual service, I certainly don't believe there was any 'extra' provided this time around, and that's fine!

They just saved me about $1,000 because I had a small coil in the Air Conditioner and in order to remove the coil they should have taken out the furnace then put the coil in but he suggested that I get somebody to fix the door rather than get all that work and it's wonderfully that the company itself called me and said listen, if I were you I would change the door rather than remove the coil and the work for changing the door was only about $200 and he even helped me find a guy to do that. So I mean they are way above and beyond, they are great people. I think it is a Christian company and he's really a nice guy. So what would have cost me $1,000 only cost me $150 and that was fantastic. Even then, I think the Air Conditioner coil was initially it was like $1,500 and he was able to give me another $300 off so it went like $1,200 and it was really good.

Northside has generally been punctual, reliable and trustworthy. Prices are competitive enough, They are unpretentious, unlike other a/c companies I have used previously. I have no complaints and plan to use them to replace the aging unit in my house.

The technician came out and performed all the tests and tune up. But the technician did not go into the attic as one would expect to actually diagnose the problem. The technician came to my house but his demeanor made my girlfriend uncomfortable. I was not able to be at the house at the time. So the technician performed the tests then left. Not only was the problem not fixed but the technician could not tell me what the problem is. After the service call, the air conditioner system is performing worse than before. So in the end I paid $250 and the problem is worse. I called Northside because they originally installed my system about five years ago and I was pleased with the service. But my mind has changed now. UPDATE: The company is under new management and they called me to try to rectify the situation. I originally purchased the entire A/C unit for the house from Northside A/C. The price and installation were great. The guys that originally installed the unit did a great job and were very professional. This is why I called them to come back to my home in the first place. It seems the new management will make sure they adhere to this great professional service that I originally experience with them.

Northside provided a free second opinion diagnosis for our family's HVAC problem. The four staff members we met through the course of the procedure were all courteous and professional. My wife and I were impressed by the company's business plan, but ultimately it was the apparent frankness / honesty of the service staff that "sold us" on working with the company. While initially not the lowest bidder, Northside matched the bid of a competing business. My wife called the competing firm, and was not at all impressed with the attitude and answers provided by the competing sales manager with regard to the service warrantee offered by the competitor. That phone call and Northside's ability to match the competitor's price, allowed us to get the system we wanted. Time will tell how good the system is or if the advertised energy efficiencies will bring down our electric bills, but we are happy to have air-conditioning in Florida in mid-August.

They were very kind and seemed to offer the best deal until we got estimates from other companies high on Angies List.

It went very well. The guy did a good job. He was very resourceful and had the part in his truck.

They are a good company and we have used them for about 15 years. They are always prompt, professional and the workers who come out are good as well. I will use them again in the future.

Service was great. Extremely ethical company; you can absolutely trust that they will do only what is necessary and not scam you into additional service fees.

We've used them a number of times over the years for a variety of things. We had a problem 1 hot summer night and they came out immediately to fix it so we weren't uncomfortable for the night. They are always neat, polite, tidy and are right on with their estimates. They've been so good that I've used them for referrals for other projects I have. Also very clean looking (uniform and come from the same "mold") and are quick in their work.

I arrived home after picking my daughter up from school to a house that was 85 degrees and heard a dripping noise. I realized that the unit that is inside the house was leaking. We called Northside who informed us that our annual maintenance was also almost due and did we want to have them come out to perform that task as well. The tech was at my house within 45 minutes and had the leak fixed and maintenance completed within 2 hours. The promptness was greatly appreciated by this 7 mon pregnant mom at home with two small children. The repair was covered under our annual maintenance so for $119 we were able to get the system fixed and serviced. We have had nothing but tremendous service from Northside in the 6 yrs we have been using them.

I had hired them several years ago for a small job at my previous home and was pleased with their work, so when I moved to a condo I called them to do a standard service and inspection of the air conditioning unit, since the home inspection person had recommended a cleaning, etc. Everything went fine, no problems at all, from my initial call for a service appointment to the finishing of the A/C servicing. The charge for the service turned out to actually be a little LESS than what I had been quoted on the phone. (How often do you get that kind of good news?!) They were on time and the serviceman was knowledgeable and helpful when I had a few questions about the A/C unit and also about some more A/C work I will need done at my previous house which I still own. I will certainly contact them again in the future for any A/C or electrical work, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

The technician arrived on time and did a thorough job at a reasonable price.

If there is ever a problem they will come out right away. They are amazing. They are very responsive. The last guy who came to do maintenance pointed out that there is a bible verse on their business card, which I thought was unique.
