Terrible - never followed up

Nicola has now worked for us for almost two years. What I love about her service is that she always uses "like new" microfiber cloths and dust mop heads. She tells me that she never uses the same cloths on more than one home. She works diligently, is reliable and is very thorough. Love this service!

Nicola came to see the house and to give me an estimate. She seemed very nice and we agreed that she could go ahead and do the house right away since she had driven a ways to get there. I thought the quote of $130 was a little high for my relatively small house (a living room, kitchen/eating area, laundry area, one bedroom and 2 bathrooms) but my house was really in need of cleaning. Most cleaning quotes give you a high quote for the first visit as they promise to do a deeper cleaning than normal and usually include the fans, woodwork, etc. Our only issue was that we were under a time constraint for this first visit but I figured she'd make up for it during her second visit. She worked hard and cleaned for the 3 hours before we had to call it quits. I thought it was a little awkward though that she would ask me to check the room when she was done. I didn't really check closely, it was weird having to check an adults work. After all, we did only have 3 hours and I figured she was just doing a once over for this first visit. I did set up a second cleaning with Nicola, figuring that the first wasn't really a good representation of what she would do since I had to cut it short at 3 hours. First of all, I was a little disappointed in that she charged the same amount ($130) and still only cleaned for 3 hours, even though I had the whole day available. I was very disappointed in the areas that were not cleaned (windows, sliding door tracks, one had a dead frog in it, and under furniture. Not sure the woodwork was touched either) and although she claims to use quality cleaning supplies I noticed products that I've bought at the Dollar Tree. I have since hired someone else and this cleaning professional charged less than that for the first visit, cleaned for 8+ hours and the charge will decrease significantly for following visits.

Wonderful! Amazingly thorough and spotlessly clean. Nicola even cleaned behind some furniture and also dusted baseboards in every room. She did not cut corners but still finished in a reasonable time frame. Her prices are on the higher end, but she could easily work as a housekeeping manager in a palace somewhere. Best cleaning service Ive ever had.

Nicola was very thorough. She paid attention to detail and took a long time to ensure that the house was clean. While it was a bit more than I’ve paid in the past for the service, I was pleased with the outcome. I have a four bedroom, 2.5 bath home and I have pets. Nicola was able to come out on the day I requested and contacted me the day before to confirm the time. She was early and called to confirm that this would be convenient.

This provider did a 3 bedroom home with Woods and tile floors. They were very thorough. Bathrooms were very clean and smelled good. Even the window sills and base boards were dust free throughout the home. Hard to reach places were covered as well. I had no concerns with the quality of work. The home looked and felt clean. I would highly recommend this provider. Money well spent. If you want someone trust worthy and reliable you've found a great provider as well.

my husband and I was very satisfied and we were lucky because the owner was actually on vacation and a friend referred us to her and she took the job. we appreciated this so much because we had family over for the holidays and our home really needed to be thorough cleaning

Nics did a great job. They made themselves available on a next day basis. Prices are very fair and a great value given the quality of service. I am picky and they have a white glove mentality. The place looked terrific upon leaving. As a result, we gave them a second assignment the next day!
