The owner is the same person who did the installation. He exceeded my expectations in getting my new window treatments for my new home. I liked the fact that the blinds were made in Florida. They were installed within 7 days! I needed an early am morning appt, and he graciously agreed to be at my home before 8am. They look beautiful in my new home. I couldn't be happier.

He was very prompt in getting back with me to come out and give me a quote. I had one quote already for the work. He was able to match the quote with no problem. His work is guaranteed lifetime. The shades came in at 2 1/2 weeks and he installed them the next day. His work was very professional. He made sure that everything was cleaned up. He worked with me on the time during the day I needed to have the shades installed as well since I already had an appointment when he originally wanted to come. He works alone, he is the salesman and the installer. You know what you are getting upfront. He knows his blinds. I would definitely use again.

After running 3 estimates, New View wasn't the least expensive, but they had the best quality of product. The worker came and measured twice, provided samples, delivered great advice, and was not pushy whatsoever. Promised and delivered on time. Again, SUPERBLY! Peter is a consummate professional, one of THE best individuals we've hired in a loooooooong line of contractors, workmen, and service providers since buying 'this old foreclosure' nearly 2 years ago. He made an appointment immediately, arrived on time, sat through what seemed like a long list of queries (mostly related to 'look' and 'effectiveness' of various see-through shades), measured and later, returned to hang these new additions. We wouldn't dream of hiring anyone else, though i DID double check his prices against Lowes custom blinds and New View came within $70 of theirs with the big plus being that New View's LOOKED more 'custom' (i.e. 'better quality'). A bonus? We'd been in a real quandary about who to brick reface our fireplace and when we mentioned this, Peter referred his own tile guy. Turns out that Wilfred was PERFECT for our needs, with much of the same wonderful work ethic Peter has! There's a REASON Peter has such consistently favorable reviews ... he's JUST THAT GOOD! You'll be so pleased you selected him.

We decided to replace the blinds and shades on all the windows of our house. We weren't totally sure of exactly what we wanted and Peter helped us through the process. He was very patient in explaining the advantages and disadvantages between different products. Instead of recommending a higher price item, he recommended a particular set of blinds that best met our needs. Peter did the installation himself and was very professional. He even hauled away our old blinds. We are extremely pleased with our new blinds and shades. They truly enhance the look of our home. Peter arrived for an estimate. After doing all of the measuring, we sat down to discuss what I wanted. He gave me an estimate right away, and I was very impressed with the man that I hired him on the spot. After everything came in he called and we set up a time for him to come and do the install. Installation was quick and he cleaned up after himself. I have had many compliments on the shutters. He does not use any subcontractors and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work.

Peter was a great consultant, giving us several ideas, and even talked us away from a few ideas that were more expensive since he felt they wouldn't be the best fit for our needs. Prompt and courteous and always showed up on time. Would use again if needed.

Initially called Peter for an estimate and left a message to which he responded the same afternoon. Peter is the owner of the company and did the initial estimate, all of the detailed measurements for the order and the entire install by himself. He arrived for all appointments on time almost to the minute. My wife and I picked the 2 highest rated companies on Angie's List for estimates and decided to go with New View not at all because the price was $500 less than the other company but because of Peter. We were very impressed by his professionalism and honesty about what would work best in our home. He not only knows his product well and is very efficient at his job (installing plantation shutters in 27 windows took him only 3hrs working by himself) but he has what we wish every contractor we've ever used had. Good, old fashioned customer service skills. It's not something we think he even tries to be good at. He is just great at his job and really cares about the customer, period. My wife and I work in customer service and we really appreciated what we got from New View. By the way, the finished product was completed exactly when he said it would be and it looks AMAZING!
