New View Blinds and Shutters

Everything went great from start to finish. We really appreciated Peter's patience and advice when it took some time to decide on which blinds to order. We were thrilled that the price was so good and that we were able to have more windows done. He had the blinds up in no time, and cleaned up everything. He even took away the old blinds so we didn't have to deal with that. We have two more rooms to do and will definitely be calling Peter to do them. We would not hesitate to recommend Peter to anyone.

The guy came and did a really good job. He did it quickly and he was on time. It was excellent. He was very timely. He really tried to work with my schedule as urgency. He also came back additionally like helping me out with a drape issue that wasn’t related to the job. I couldn’t tighten the rods on my drape and he did that even though it wasn’t part of the job.

Peter was very knowledgeable of all possible products for both the doors and windows. I did not want vertical blinds, so he helped me purchase roller shades instead, and let me know which would be pricier than the others. He gave me the perfect choice for an oddly shaped window that wouldn't cost too much. Having checked out some prices at Home Depot and Lowe's, I found his prices to be in line and very reasonable. He installs for free. Within 2 weeks, he called back and set up a time to install. He is always prompt, calling when he is on the way of the scheduled time window. He installed all 3 window covers in 1 hour. It was a great experience. I love my new window coverings.

Peter was on time, had the necessary tools, and left all the unnecessary packing outside. His installation went smoothly, with minimal noise disturbance. Everything went satisfactory. The only (minor) drawback was my credit card did not work in his intuit. But in his defense, it was a new card and has not been tested much. I ended up writing him a check and called it a day. I was able to get ready for work and leave with no problems. I would recommend New View to anyone wanting quality blinds at a reasonable price. New View's price was significantly lower than its competition.

Peter was great from start to finish. Initially, we didn't plan to replace the blinds in the whole house, however when Peter came and gave us the estimate and seeing his pricing we gave him the contract to replace the blinds for the whole house. Peter did a great job in educating us and helping us select the right choice for various windows/doors. Once the contract was signed, Peter kept us updating about the order - one of the blinds we selected were out of stock - and asked us if we want to change that or wait for it. We decided to stick with what we selected. The day order arrived Peter was at our house next day to install it and did a great job efficiently and cleanly. Great great job !.

Peter showed us samples of vertical blinds until we picked the style we wanted. His price was extremely reasonable. He measured all of our windows & ordered the blinds we chose. When he received them, he installed them. The installation was quick & painless. The service was excellent.

It went great. The quality of the blinds were top of the line. He was in and out in a little over an hour as I had an appointment later that day. He did a fantastic job. They came out so great that I'm going to have him come out again and do a couple of more windows that I didn't plan on having done to match the others he installed.

He was neat with his installation, and there were no issues with the measurements and delivery. We ordered planataion shutters for most of the windows and a bamboo shade for one window. He does the measureements, the ordering, and the installation all on his own.

His focus is on customer satisfaction and his price (I obtained 3 bids) was the lowest with the best quality. I have no reservations about recommending this business and I plan to contact them again (once I save up my money) for shutters on my patio doors.

Very Well. Peter was on time, professional, and efficient.

Peter ordered the shades and they came in on schedule. He installed them and we had on set that the end cap didn't fit properly. He ordered a new end cap and when he came to install it we showed him that one set of shades was unraveling from rubbing in the housing. He order a new shade and left that one for our use until the new on arrived. It arrived today and he installed it. We paid half down and he didn't ask for complete payment until all our issues were resolved.

Peter was very punctual, polite, pleasant and professional. He came to the house to give us an estimate and brought samples of his products. He said it would take about two weeks for blinds to come in. We had just moved in and were having renovation work done, and had been unable to unpack yet. When he returned with the blinds, work on house was still proceeding, so he had to work around all the boxes jammed up against the walls. He did a very good job, and the blinds look terrific. I wished I had asked him about what side I would have preferred the pulls on and checked to see if we could have had some kind of pulley arrangement as the blind cords are all over the floor and windowsills when blinds are raised. My fault for not asking but you may wish to. We were very pleased with his work and would call him again.

Peter Scirotino, the owner came to our house and showed us the samples to choose which one we liked. He had a large selection and we found one that we really liked. He gave us a price and it was very resonable. I had expected that it would be more then the price he gave us. He ordered it for us and he had them from the manufacturer within a week. He called and set up a date for the installation. He was very good with the installation and very clean. He was very helpful and made some good suggestions. When he was finished I asked him to measure our garage window which is very large and I ordered a blind for that window. He received that blind and installed it within a few days. Eventually we will have to replace the blinds in our living room and dinning room and plan on contacting him to do it. I would recommend him for anybody who needs blinds, shades or shutters. He has great customer service and prices.

Peter was exceptional. He was 5 minutes early for all the appointments we agreed on and gave great insight on what would mesh best in our room and never once came across as a pushy sales person. In addition, when the agreed upon work was completed, it exceeded our expectations. It is evident Peter takes his work very seriously as everything was installed to perfection. He is a true professional. I cannot specifically speak exactly to pricing given he was only one of two we had quote the job but he did come in less than our other...plus the work and lead time couldn't have been beat.

There are absolutely no complaints. He helped us in the design aspect showing us samples that would work for our task. Then when the product arrived, he installed and we have had no problems or complaints since them. He is very experienced and knowledgeable.

Fabulously!! Peter scheduled an appointment to come and measure our windows and give us an estimate for plantation shutters. Prior to his scheduled appointment he called to let us know he was en route. He arrived on time! He was very professional and extremely helpful!! His price was extremely reasonable so we placed the order. Peter was much more than patient with US in arranging to schedule the installation of the shutters as we live out of state. We scheduled the date to install and once again Peter called the morning of the installation to say that he was on his way. Again, he arrived on time!! He did a fabulous job installing the shutters! I recently signed p for Angie's List since we are wanting to do a lot of home improvements starting with shutters. Based on the previous reviews we called New View to get an estimate. Peter came out on 10/9 and showed us samples and gave us a great quote. He advised the shutters would take about 3 weeks to come in and they are made from a company in Florida. He measured and ordered. We got a call about 3 weeks later and he came out on 11/1 to install. We are very happy with the shutters! He was very professional, installed them in no time, and went over how to properly use out new shutters. We are so pleased with them that we ordered more for our upstairs and new blinds for our garage that will closely match our shutters!
