Naffco Carpet and Blinds

Installed wrong product, Shutters. Installer bad mouth product the whole time. customer service is non existent

I purchased my motorized Hunter Douglas blinds from Naffco several years ago. Two months ago, two of my blinds stopped functioning. One in my bedroom has been stuck in the open position the whole time. I called Naffco the first week of August and it took 5 phone calls and a week and a half before they sent their service techs to my house. They guessed that maybe the motors were bad but asked me to have my IT guy check my z-wave to make sure it wasn't faulty. I called the tech, Richard, back to tell him the z-wave wasn't the problem. He told me he needed to call Hunter Douglas to verify if the motor was the problem. On September 5th, a month after my first call to Naffco, I called Richard on his mobile phone and he told me he still didn't have an answer. Today is September 29th and I still haven't heard from him. Naffco's service is terrible and their follow-up is non-existent. I have called another company to help me repair my blinds.

I had them install shutters on 2 windows and I would absolutely rate them A++! From the installation to completion they gave me A-1 customer service. Their pricing was the very best.
