+ -1 moreWe had a new salt water pool installed earlier this year that came with 90 days of free pool service included with the pool installation. Between work, family commitments, yard work and everything else we need to do, taking care of the pool was one area we decided to leave to someone else. We searched Angies List looking for a small company or an individual that was not only dependable and knew what they were doing, but also someone who lived close by. Well, we found all that and more with Frank King and "My Pool Guy". Frank has taken excellent care of our new investment, closely monitoring the chemicals, salt and acid levels to perfection. If needed, Frank adds salt or any other chemical that's needed to ensure that our pool is ready to enjoy. Frank visits every Thursday, never misses a week and always leaves a brief, written note of the work performed that visit. Our pool is always sparkling clear, clean and ready to enjoy. We are very happy we use "My Pool Guy".

Description of Work: We hired Frank to maintain our pool weekly year round. He does an excellent job. Our pool has never looked better in 24 years. He costs less than our previous two pool services. My only concern is that he is a one man operation. I don't know what will happen if he gets sick or needs a vacation.

+ -1 moreHAD SMALL LEAK IN POOL, BUT WATER STILL FULL AFTER 1 MONTH WITHOUT ADDING SO NOT SUBSTANTIAL, POOL GUY LEFT NOTE ON FRIDAY SAYING HE WOULD NOT SERVICE ANYMORE DUE TO LEAK, APPARENTLY COULD NOT KEEP UP WITH RAIN. POOL TURNED GREEN BY TIME I COULD FIND REPLACEMENT SERVICE.
Description of Work: USED FOR POOL MAINTENENCE APPROX. SIX MONTHS. DURING MOST OF TIME WOULD RATE WORK AS B, WAITED A BIT TOO LONG FOR SERVICE OR NOT USED TO 20K GALLON POOLS. QUIT WITH NO NOTICE.
