My CellPhone Doctors

Brought my phone to the Cell Phone Doctors off of Macdill on 21 Nov, wast told it would be ready the very next day. I said I would pick it up on 23 Nov. Went to their establishment and was told the phone was not there, it was ready at the main office in Britton Plaza. I go to retrive my phone only to be told, its not ready because you have to pay first. I paid and asked when would it be ready? (Well since we have the holidays we are not open on Thanksgiving and Friday). Ok no problem when will it be ready? Every time I call I get the same thing about the phone not being repaired and excuses. I have gotten the run around from day one with my phone. They claimed they needed a part to fix it. Apparently they don't have this thing called tracking packages and it could be Friday for the part to come and that was on the 1st of Dec. So now you have had my phone for 11 days and its still not fixed but its' 99% almost done. I go in last night because the lady at noon your phone is about ready I have repeateadly asked for my phone back and when I asked again for my phone back.. she tells me No. you will not get your phone back until it past our test and it complete. Later on that very same night (last night) I get a call from the other guy (very tall man, extreemly rude) He tells me that the phone would need to be reset with a google password and did I have it. I sure do. He said they were going to seal my phone and i could get it today. Dec 5th. He calls me and again talks about this google password and when did i factory reset my phone. I told him I didn't factory reset my phone. My screen cracked. It didn't factory reset my phone. I had a password on it. He tells me that he needs to monitor my phone (FOR WHAT?) He get irate with me, trys to tell me he is going to take my phone down to Tampa police department and leave it there with a long note. Calls me a unsavory names and he was f-ing taking me to court and I can deal with that and apparently he doesn't think a woman should talk over him but its ok for him to do so. I showed up with the cops and what does this joker do before I get there. He drives my phone to my house and drops it off with my son. Really who the does that kind of petty and unprofessional things, all because you didn't, couldn't or wouldn't fix my phone like you were paid to do.... and the funny thing is.. my phone is in pieces... kid you not. They have lied from day one. When I took my phone to another repair company. They were able to turn it on and I logged in, however there are parts missing.
