the moving team worked very hard. I was a bit worried to pay by the hour but didn't need to at all. I kept asking these guys to take a break and they wouldn't. they moved our entire house perfectly. nothing was damaged. they communicated well from giving me an estimate to the final box. we would definitely use them again.

The experience was terrible!! When I called to book, the guy seemed really nice and said that he would send 4 movers, because we lived in a 3 story townhouse and had some heavy pieces of furniture. On the phone, he quoted me a price for the four moves and told me that he estimated it would take 4-5 hours to complete the move (they only had to take our boxed possessions and move them into PODS in the driveway). They showed up, and it was quite apparent from the start that one of the four guys had absolutely no experience moving whatsoever. Literally all day, he would come out of the house carrying one small item, like a lamp or sofa cushion. I seriously don't think that I ever saw him carrying two things, not even two small/light things. There was one older gentleman on the crew, and he was the only redeeming person involved in the day. He should have been in charge of the team, unfortunately, he did not speak English, which is (I'm assuming) why he was not the leader. The guy who was "in charge" was young and extremely unprofessional. On several occasions, we found him talking on his cell phone rather than working, even though the company was charging us by the hour for our move. At one point, he even complained to my husband..."The ONE day that I have to work, and all my friends went muddin." I am not even kidding. The move went so slowly, and there were times that no one was doing anything for 30-40 minutes on end. The entire move ended up taking about 9 hours, and to top it all off, when they gave us the total at the end of the day, they charged us $30 more per hour than the owner had originally charged on the phone. This was an absolutely terrible experience. I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

MICHAEL WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. ALTHOUGH I WAS PAYING BY THE HOUR, MICHAEL AND HIS ASSISTANT WORKED FROM THE MINUTE THEY ARRIVED, UNTIL THEY LEFT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING MUVR.
